I don’t usually eat from here. But since the people changed, so did the food. Today the food was horrible. It was old, nasty, and dry. It made my stomach hurt and I couldn’t finish because it felt gross to eat it. I felt overly nauseous. The freshest thing were the fries. I kept trying to call them back and the phone was off the hook and busy for hours. I waited a couple of hours later and it was still the same. I am very disappointed!Warning!!! Go in and get your food. Check to make sure it’s fresh. I don’t live in the area and got duped!!! Never again!!!

They hate people which are coming infinitely. I was doing my pickup, but they even didn't give any attention to me for 10 minutes, before I asked them why they don't give any attention to me. But instead of answering they were angry to me, and told me to take my pick up and go on.

Horrible customer service . They forgot parts of my order and when I came back to the main lobby for help nobody acknowledged me or even spoke when I walked up. I told them they forgot parts of my order and I asked for an extra apple pie for the inconvenience and they said no. How rude is that? You forgot my order, didn’t even speak to me and can’t accommodate me for me having to come all the way back. Never coming here again.

How did I order for a spicy chicken sandwich and fries only to end up with a 6pc bone spicy box with one strawberry jelly and cold red beans and rice? Like bruh who ever work there count your days. Y’all had the nerve to put it on my receipt. Trash location.

Food was fresh and hot. I was the only person in the drive thru line and waited 5 minutes just for a large red bean and rice. Too long, especially without explanation as to why I was sitting there. Also, the cashier did not give me my sweet tea. I had to hunk my horn and the manager came to the window and gave it to me. He offered no apology about his employee not giving me my drink, he made a joke saying maybe she wanted you to make it yourself. Luckily I have a good sense of humor, that said, the manager was smiling and seems like he's a cheerful person. I love a positive person, but this was business and people should always provide excellent service "no apology about wait time, no apology about my drink not being given to me"
