This was our third year ordering catering for an event at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort. Thank you for the team at Potbelly for your help in ordering and delivering. Thank you Juan Moore for all your help, and thank you especially this year to Tynesha for handling everything for us.
Great place for a quick lunch
I loved my experience at the pot belly's the food was great but I did ask for easy mayo and got a whole tub but I would recommend
Staff was very rude, no “hello”, nothing. Food is always good but they acted like I was stupid and said “what do you want” LIKE BRO ITS NOT THAT DEEP YALL
You want to be sick? Then yes go ahead eat here!
Bugs in my salad, gross. Apples were rotten too.
First time eating at Potbelly and it’s one of the freshest foods you can eat. Stay away from those other fast food places and consider having a great sandwich with a salad or soup for the same price as a high sodium and cholesterol burger with fries. Their power salad was on point and can’t wait to try their soup
Back in California and still about this place from time to time...
1st time customers from NC. Wow. What a place. Walk in, everyone has a smile on them, a pep in their step, and just a deep warm welcome. Food was amazing. I had the chicken salad and wife had the tuna sandwiches. Tons of flavor. Great atmosphere. Gonna be our stopping everytime we come up!!!
It's a damn good sub. Try the hot peppers. They accentuate the flavour profile of any sandwich. I do wish they would bring back the pastrami though...
The food is good, sometimes the condiments are a bit heavy. I work in NH so I like to come here for something quick and I did a mobile order. I was a bit upset with the customer service tonight because I was notified that my food was most likely done, so I walked down to the store. And I waited in the lobby for a while, but the staff was too busy playing Rock, Paper, Scissors to acknowledge me. And all of them made eye contact with me, so I know they saw me. It wasn’t busy either. And my food had been bagged and sitting there the whole time I was waiting. I’ve worked in food service before and I understand joking around and wanting to keep the workplace fun, but this was a little disrespectful.
All I ordered was a skinny Wreck with lettuce, mayo, pickles and onions with a side of mac and cheese.

On 12/27/24, I visited this Potbelly location about 30 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty—a tall, skinny man with braids—was very rude and unhelpful.
When my wife and I arrived, he was cleaning and did not acknowledge us or take our order. After waiting for about 3-4 minutes, I politely asked him to take our order to get his attention. Instead of responding professionally, he turned his back, told us to wait, and continued his cleaning.
At the time, there were no other customers in line—just my wife, myself, and one other person waiting for their order. Despite this, we waited an additional five minutes, during which he ignored us and continued with other tasks.
Frustrated by his lack of customer service, we decided to leave without ordering. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope it can be addressed to ensure better service in the future.

If you know a convention is in town, then get your kitchen ready for it. Inexcusable.
I called in an order. But Potbelly was making sandwiches based on which people were standing there waiting for order pickup.

We needed a quick bite and picked this sub place, right across the entertainment stage with a great view of the harbor.
The menu has plenty of options, including vegetarian.
The sandwiches were good, however, we felt were overpriced. Also the staff was not very smiley and certainly slow.
We had the meatball and Mediterranean sandwiched and made one of them a meal with chips and a drink.
The atmosphere was okay. Infesting statistics on the fairies wheel across and photos and articles from decades ago.
Overall okay experiment with well-tasting food.

My wife and I spent the afternoon at National Harbor. We had a very good time there. The weather was exceptional. Not sure if we ventured into Potbelly because we wanted a sub or if it was just the closest place to us when she had to pee lol. She ordered a meatball sub and I got the new farmhouse sub. The establishment was very clean and pleasing. Workers were very friendly. The table booths there reminded us of a vintage cruise ship feeling. Even though neither of us I have been on a vintage cruise ship. Both subs were delicious but I believe my farmhouse was better than her meatball sub. I gave her a bite of my sub and we found ourselves going back as we left for the day, buying another one to take home. Would definitely go back
