The absolute worst customer service EVER. Made reservations 3 weeks ago, knowing how insanely impossible it is to secure a Saturday reservation ANYWHERE by the National Harbor. I received an email on 12/3 that they cancelled my reservation because they had an event and they could no longer honor my reservation.
