This was a catch up dinner with my nephew and we had a really nice time. I ate a meat dish and he had a vegan dish that included jackfruit. We were grateful for the delish meal options. Oh and the strawberry margarita was outstanding! Give them a try.

We made a reservation for 6:30 and was not seated until right before 7. When we sat down we immediately placed our order for food and drinks. The sever seemed either on autopilot or upset to be at work. They brought us the wrong drinks and then no drinks at all. The food came quick enough and the Birria tacos were amazing. The server did not check back in on us until we finished eating. I asked about the drinks and they eventually brought them over and they were disappointing. My wife's spicy pineapple margarita did not taste like pineapple at all and to quote her may have been something poured off the remains of the bar mat. I'm not sure what happened but I feel this restaurant used to be really good. We were pretty disappointed as it was our 17 wedding anniversary.

Our waiter never introduced himself to our table. We had to ask for drink refills and a side dish that was ordered with the meal came out after we had finished eating so it was sent back!! Food was delicious but I was disappointed that the creamy poblano rice was late to the table!!

Hosts were pretty unaccomodating and tried to turn me away at first even though I was within the grace period. My server was great but hosts really soured the experience. Seating outside was okay after we got moved away from the cluttered storage and sidewalk. Food tasted kind of bland. Drinks were overpriced and not worth it at all. Not sure what happened to this place I used to really enjoy it.

Waited about 15 minutes with reservations but the servers were great and the views from balcony seats were amazing. Took a while for the food to arrive but understandable since it was super busy. Must get here is the guacamole made in mortar and pestle - Guacamole en Molcajete. The chipotle chicken empanadas were alright but the mushroom enchiladas were amazing! The new cherry blossom margarita was amazing as well.

It was recommended on Tik-Tok as a good place to eat. It was ok, nothing to write home about. The portions were small. The service was adequate, not great. After eating my meal, waited sometime to get my check. They should have the kiosk on the table to checkout for the customer experience.

Extremely disappointed in Rosa! They did absolutely nothing to accommodate our family and other friends who had reservations at 7pm! We even went in together earlier in the day, when they told us they would! In fact the manager was nothing but rude! I also had put in my request to eat outside and it was never even addressed then I was told they could not make it happen! For the price, the food was terrible! My daughter's order was wrong and we had to wait additional time for them to make it! We constantly had to request for refills in water bc our server was never around to check in!

I had high hopes about visiting this restaurant however I was so disappointed by the things that happened towards the end of the meal. I had a reservation at 9:30 but we got there by 9:00 we finished our meal by 10:00. Servers only came to ask if we were finished but not to ask how was the food? It was amazing btw he was rushing us to leave! I HAD NEVER SEEN IN A RESTAURANT SWEEPING WHILE PEOPLE EAT! And turning the lights so bright right at 10:00 as a sign to leave. I thought Rosa mexicano was a fine dining restaurant? For their prices I expected more.Maybe I was wrong. The thing that bothered me the most was that when I asked about the dessert menus the server replied “kitchen is closed” I ask why you didn't informed us? Again horrible experience how is that they are going to close the kitchen for desserts without warning the guests? I don't know if it's normal but not for me.

The food was good, but the chicken was dry- salsa solved that problem. The service was quick but detached and sloppy. The atmosphere was giving total tourist trap and holiday schoolroom cafeteria. Waited too long for an available table to be cleaned- after much back and forth.
The absolute worst Birria and tres leches I’ve ever had. Saw a prior review on how dry the tres leches is and figured it wouldn’t be as dry as stated so went for it; it is indeed dry and sickly sweet. Had to trash both and was a waste of $30.

Honestly the service was awesome! We loved the food and our server was great. However, we really didn't like the two-tone trays. I wish they had used plain fancy black ones. That's my only complaint though!! Totally recommend!!!!!!
First time at this location, the staff was friendly and pleasant. Our server was knowledgeable and had a few awesome food suggestions. Average wait time for appetizer depending on your order 5-10 minutes and meal 15-20. Large food portions, the actual meal had flavor, balanced taste, and texture (no complaints). I would suggest making your reservation before visiting, this will avoid waiting in line. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with just the right amount of lighting. Also, very spacious, clean utensils, tables, and the surrounding spaces. I would definitely visit again and if you're in the area, i recommend you check out Rosa Mexicano National Harbor.
