We visited Rosa for Mother’s Day and despite the busy atmosphere, the staff promptly seated us and were exceptionally friendly. Our waiter, Yarif, was truly outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Despite the rush, the food arrived promptly and the portions were generous, with every dish tasting absolutely amazing!

One and done kind of restaurant.We never received menus and had to look up our options through the website. Kids drinks brought with no straws. Chicken sandwich was dry, flavorless, and difficult to chew. The majority was left on my plate. My friend did not receive her food when the rest was brought out. When I notified the waiter, he questioned what she had ordered. We waited additional time and it was not brought out until my friend notified the waiter that she did not even want the meal. We were here well over an hour with long waits for assistance in between. I have no interest in eating here again.

So we went there and got pushed off to the corner. The service was slow until the bill came. Then they took that quickly. The food was not good, it was extremely overpriced and the drinks were not very good. Tequila sunrise was just tequila and nothing else. Margarita was bland and not good at all.We tried it and will not be back. Not sure how they are in business as they are very lax there.

I don't actually like TexMex but Rosas is such high quality it's great regardless! This is now my go to for this kind of food! Great menu selection as well.Parking: Many paid lots nearby. Kind of expensive, like $20-30 for 2 hours.
Visited for Cinco de Mayo. Making reservation was easy, and we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the table side guacamole. We also had a very nice view of the harbor.

She’s very kind and outgoing! The food was amazing as well! The skirt steak tacos and the birria tacos are delicious! I definitely would come again and recommend to my friends! 10/10
