I’m not giving a bad review because the soup is fantastic. The broth is amazing. What was disappointing is that it is closed. No notice. No idea if they’re opening somewhere else in MGM National Harbor.

The guy working the front counter is very rude. Also I watched them give an Asian couple iced water in a cup without charging them, but when I asked for water he said I could only buy a $6 12ox bottle of Fiji. Food is also way overpriced - Will not be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Saigon Street in Oxon Hill. When my daughter texted me from her bedroom asking if I wanted pho, I could immediately taste it in my mind and my taste buds were ready for a comforting, flavorful meal. Unfortunately, what we received was anything but that.

We ordered two pho dishes (one chicken) and a few wings, and the food was completely underwhelming. The pho was bland, lacking the rich, savory broth you expect from such a dish that takes several hours to prepare. Neither of us could finish our meals because the quality was simply not there. To top it off, the total, including what I assume was a smoothie, came to an absurd $91.16.

For such a high price, we expected much more. My daughter is young, and unfortunately, this was a poor decision on her part. We both feel incredibly disappointed and frustrated, not only by the taste of the food but by how much we paid for something so subpar. I know they won’t reach out or try too fix this experience either.

I strongly advise others to think twice before spending this much on overpriced, bland food that fails to meet basic expectations. Go to Pho D’Lite in Waldorf they never disappoint.

The noodle soup dishes need some work. They’re very underwhelming and not worth $20. A packet of ramen would have more flavor. I’ve bought the Saigon pho and the bbh and both were flavorless.

Food is always good. Always over priced. I hope they can improve more on the bowl, plate, silver ware, etc… no one wants to pay $30-$40 for a dish and serve in paper plates/bowl.

Understand its in a casino but needs to improve more on the eating comfortable

Service was poor. Server was rude. Annoyed at explaining there’s no beef tendon. Pho should have tendon. Duck soup was mediocre. Overpriced. Broth is sweet and noodles are dead and lifeless. I wanted rice noodles. Cost was $40

Food is just so so but overpriced, and don’t ever order the shaken beef because it’s was cold and the meat is still raw.

Food is BLAND and overpriced. My chicken was filled with so many bones I couldn't enjoy it. Drinks too sweet not enough alcohol. I spent over $100 for 2 people for what should've been $25. It was so BAD. People waited over a hr for this mediocre food. Worst experience at this hotel. Never coming back.

Way overpriced and drinks were way too sweet. Food was decent. Ordered 4 entrees and drinks for $127. Food came relatively quick and tasted ok but I could've gotten a better meal for half the price. Drinks were way too sweet so I went to ask for a glass of water to dilute it a bit. The lady said I would have to buy bottle water and they had did not have any "free water"...terrible!
Should've went to McDonalds... Stay away

Saigon Street is a fantastic "Plan B" to an overcrowded parking lot at Pho 75, which is right across the street. They've got more than Pho, too; a full menu of great Viet-foods. Rarely packed which is a real
