We came here for dinner on Christmas Day... one of the few restaurants that were open! Ordered the chicken fried rice, which had some hard rice(?) on the top. It may have been by design, but my son didn't like it. Great quantity and otherwise tasted good.
Ordered a steak bento box, which was not well received. Spring rolls were very oily and the vegetables were mostly cabbage, which was over seasoned with black pepper and the broccoli was cole. Steak was ok, but also heavy with sauce. The rice was also cold.
Ordered a Chicken Pho, which was on sale. Good quantity of food and while the chicken was tough/dry(?) and not very flavorful, the broth was surprisingly good. Great deal at the sale price, just ok at the menu price.
Service was good. The cashier mis-charged me on a couple of items, but corrected it quickly and without any hassle.
The overall atmosphere was fine. Nice, soft, upbeat Spanish music playing, and everything was clean.

Vegetarian options: While there is a vegetarian Pho option, remember that the broth is still meat-based.

The One Channel

Food is great. Employees are a bit to relaxed as if they're home. Nothing wrong with feeling relaxed at home but work has to be professional. But my pet peeve is speaking a lot over my food. Put on a mask if that will be the case. Gave this place a second chance because of the quality of the food. But cooks should be more professional as well as the front cashier.

Hair in my food.The gentleman at the counter was nice.Although I know it's an express.. I expected a bit more in a shrimp hibachi. Just broccoli and cabbage.I got home, the rice was over cooked and sticky, the shrimp didn't taste cooked then I saw a piece of hair.Went back up there to get my money back..of all people - the one to give me attitude is the lady who checks the food before bagging is the one with no hair net on. I stood in line patiently the cashier asked what was wrong...I said it discreetly and he sent me to the pick up side. She like let me see. I show her then she tells them to make ma another..no thanks. I'd like my money back.Even without the hair isssue, I wouldn't go back..I wasn't impressed with the taste.
