What a dump. The server was stoned. Slow to bring the food and rude. The trash was over flowing. Tables need to be cleaned. What can you expect with a stone and smelly staff.

They was efficient and quick and it was extremely crowded because two events ended at the same time. The line did move but the kitchen was on the move getting the orders out quickly.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegatarian options! .
Parking: You have to park in the garage.

Food is nothing to write home about, but the staff is top notch. People working fast food that actually care and speak to customers. I wish I had specific names, but it seemed like everyone was having a good day.

Fast and efficient and given a beer for free when it was poured wrong from the tap. The worker was learning and they looked out for me and gave me the beer free.

The staff was great, pretty friendly, and quick with service. Initially there was a line out the door, that’s how good it was there.
We waited out the line at the bar next door. The burger and chicken nuggets were pretty tasty. If you’re looking for healthy options this isn’t it but I do like how they sell alcohol as well.

Just picked up my order and I should've checked the bag before I left because they completely forgot one of my burgers. $60 including tip for food that I didn't get. So I try to call and of course no one answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the box is full. I expected better from a place inside the MGM. That's a terrible first impression.
The crew is super friendly. They can use f a few more staff members to speed things up when it gets crowded though.

Service was quick. Food was good. The man even delivered our food to the table, asked if we needed anything and took our trash when we were done.

Went in to place a drink order as well as pick up a mobile order, after i placed and paid for my drink at 10:20 i asked the girl in the front to see if my mobile order was ready and provided my name she told me wait and listen for my name. I literally did not move from being in the front waiting for my mobile order, waited around 15- 20 minutes after my initial pick up time which was at 10:25pm i asked the guy in front if he can check if my order was ready and the SAME girl that took my order told me they called my name 3 separate times (complete lie) as well as that guy told me not to cry?? i saw the guy talking to the cashier and not calling people orders out when they came. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and completely disrespectful to customers. The food was alright and they had no chocolate milkshakes so yeah i recommend going to another shack shake like the one in crystal city where they actually call out orders instead of standing and talking about how the guy is a singer ☺️

My worst SS experience.
Having been to several Shake Shacks, I've become accustomed to food cooked reasonably well and brought to your table for a slightly-higher-than-average price.
Not this location: dirty tables, staff who did not seem to care, meals that were left sitting back in the kitchen for you to guess when they were ready, confusing ordering experience, mediocre food.
I suggest NOT visiting this location. If you did so by accident, maybe try again at another Shake Shack location for a potentially better meal and experience. From reading other reviews, all SS is going to do with this review is copy/paste a boilerplate vague apology, tell me to email some random address with a receipt that NOBODY ever keeps, and do zero to actually address an issue with one of their locations. Sad.

First words I heard were "use the kiosk for ordering". As instructed I used the kiosk. Asked me to grab a table number thingy and put in my number so I could have a seat and someone would bring my order to my table. Wrong! They will not bring you order to your table. They shouted my name and I raised my hand so they could see me and the cashier said " you need to come get it! Burger was good but the experience was a cross between a TSA Agent and a DMV greeter.
