Shake Shack National Harbor

The order came missing the lettuce tomatoes and cheese. When I went back, the cashier who claimed she’s the manager insisted we didn’t make the order the right way and we didn’t pay for that. Then I asked for a new order she said she’ll give me the lettuce and tomatoes and she did give one piece of each for the 2 sandwiches. I left the whole tray as I felt so offended and frustrated then I asked for a new order as the rest of the group was waiting for me. I tried to take a picture of the menu she thought I’m taking a picture for her. She got mad and refused to give me any more food and offered a refund.

Great and juicy burgers. We had ShackBurger and French onion soup burger. Both were great, very filling and tasty!

During my visit the wait time was long. I guess typical for a Friday night. Ordered the ShackBurger, it was hot and flavorful. The fries were not as crispy as I would have liked them. I also tried the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. It was all that and more. Made my visit worth the hassle of getting to MGM and the long wait time.

I disliked the fact that my burger was TOO SALTY. I had been to other Shake Shacks before (Union Station and Navy Yard) and did not encounter a problem there.

I ordered burger and fries. I waited 45 minutes. When I asked they realised they had skipped my order. The staff was rude and the service was awful.

Although our food was good we witnessed very rude staff. We watched a lady be talked down to for ordering a veggie burger and being given a meat burger. I asked for a manager to help her out, she came out chewing food and touched her food and threw away the burger. They had her order wrong yet acted as she the customer was being difficult.

Burgers are always tasty—juicy and consistent every time. Service could be a bit more attentive, but still a solid spot for a quick bite

They need some help because they’re unorganized and under staffed or something is completely off at this establishment . Damn shame because I usually love Shake Shack but I would rather drive 40 minutes to Tysons then eat here because I waited an hour for them not to have even started my meal .

The Burger was amazing but for $5 dollars they gave me 4 slices of fried pickles. The batter didn’t even still to the pickle either.
