I am not from this area I was lost, confused, and needed some change for my parking meter. As soon as I stepped in all the employees greeted me kindly changed my mood. I spoke with a young lady Akira(sorry if I misspelled) asked if she had change for $2 she kindly helped me and told a young man it was ok. Thank you all very much I was irritated and grumpy but a simple hello changed my mood. Their kindness was rare to see in this day and age may God bless you all!

This is a the best Starbucks in the country. They are always so busy and the staff does a great job. They are so sweet. National harbor is awesome amd it’s a great place to hang out.

I ordered a Grande Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso. THIS is their grande that is not even completelyfilled to the top for over $6!! Absolutely worst!

I visit this location often and I always remember kayklya (spelling mistake) she's always so nice and sweet this is a super busy location and she's very friendly, polite and very accommodating she save me when I messed up an order 🥰 in this day and age ita nice too see a nice young person being kind!!!!!!!

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. It is a smaller location so they don’t have all the options and they were out of blueberries, but the people really made up for it by being so welcoming.

Today, my aunt and I got two coffees — one tall and one venti — and after we left the place, we both realized that our coffees were only half full. We were honestly shocked, and the fact that both of them were half full made us think it was done intentionally. It was truly a big disappointment.

We were gonna order drinks but they wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. Same for every other establishement. Saved our money and left the Harbor all together because it’s all the establishment. Never coming back.
