I recently visited the Starbucks at Oxon Hill, National Harbor, and had a very disappointing experience. The coffee I received was overflowing, nearly spilling and causing a risk of burning me. To make matters worse, when I asked for assistance, Sam, the employee, was incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the issue, Sam insisted I put the lid back on, even though it was the barista's fault for overloading the cup in the first place. I’ve never been treated this way at any Starbucks, and I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism. I will be writing to corporate about this incident. Sam's behavior was uncalled for, and I believe they need to be held accountable. This experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was playing with my one year old kid by the counter after I ordered my drinks. A lady with the name of sam has approached me in a very rude way and asked me to take him out after I put him for a half second on that counter. Very very rude customer care no manners. Higher management should consider this behavior as a way on disturbing the image of Starbucks in general.

I guess we’re spoiled we’ve been to the StarBucks Tanger outlets recently and the Pumpkin Chai latte was delicious all three times we stopped in . Today we tried the one in the Harbor it was this morning at 945am it was packed and really they should have sold me a large cup of cream with ice , nothing pumpkin tasting it in at all . My friends Apple crisp special was awful too , maybe a training course for the Baristas working this am or they can’t handle the volume .

This place is racially discriminatory. When they saw our Asian faces, they didn't allow us to use the restroom. Their staff said we needed to pay, but after I paid, they said their restroom was closed. What's disgusting is that a black male staff member let two other black customers go in and use the restroom in front of me. Yes, they only serve black people.
