Decent Starbucks where the staff are friendly and enjoy working here. The pistachio latte didn't quite have that pistachio flavor to it and offered to fix it for me. A little too much foam for me, maybe 15% of the top was foam.

There were about 5 people in line for the bathroom. When we got to our turn, we found out there was no toilet paper. The lady before us warned me, as I had kids with me. I told my kids to wait in the bathroom while I went to ask someone for toilet paper. I was told by a staff member that they were too busy to restock - he told me flat out no, we would have just have to deal with it.

Waited for 30 mins on Christmas Day for a drip coffee only for them to tell me their machines are broken and there is no coffee. Why not make an announcement about it to everyone waiting in line?!! Worst experience ever.

Does not appear to be any order or system to making the drinks as they come in. I placed a mobile order at 3:52…was to be ready at 4:02…was not ready until 4:20; someone took my pumpkin loaf; ordered White Chocolate Mocha…there is no white chocolate in here…the drink is extremely bitter…the mixing area was a hot mess…very

Walked in and we were the only people in the store, ordered a couple of drinks and 2 orders of the egg white bites. After waiting for 20min I asked about our egg white bites and was told they were coming, and then waited 5 more minutes and said at that point I just needed a refund I was told I needed to go to the register and wait in line. As we were going to be late for a tour we booked I didn’t have time for that. So I wasted $10 and never got breakfast

Staff was great and the coffee was good, but they seem to constantly be short on food items or supplies. Pretty much the only place open early in this area for breakfast
