Lord never again! I got a sandwich from here Friday night and threw up immediately. Then was in bed all day Saturday with a stomach bug barely functioning. Yeah no thanks !

The surly staff here could not care less what you want or paid for. They do what they want, scowling all the while and steadfastly refuse to admit or fix their errors. They follow a customer is always wrong credo. Dealing with them is so maddening that enjoying your food is not an option.

That new Doritos football nachos is not worth $5 she put a little teeny scoop of chicken trying to stretch it across . They don't give you enough cheese or meat three little tomatoes. And when she put it in the oven burnt my Doritos . I won't get that again not for my $5

I will NEVER and I mean NEVER eat from here again! I got food poisoning for the 2nd and last time from them. The first time was back in 2020. I found out shortly after I was pregnant and thought that was maybe the reason but to be safe I stopped eating there for a long time. A few years later would go back from time to time. I haven't had it in forever and today I got a turkey sandwich and I have food poisoning again. No mistaking it for anything else or coming from anywhere else! My fault for ever going back after the first time smh.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DIRTY LOCATION. AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told that I couldn't use the restroom until after I not only ordered, but pay for my food as well. I was agitated about it. But I held myself together and waited until I ordered and paid. I couldn't believe that I waited almost 15 minutes to use the restroom and it was HORRIBLE!! TOILET WAS FILLED WITH TOILET PAPER AND FECES TO THE TOP. I ASKED FOR A JANITOR OR FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT BEFORE I USE IT. AND WAS TOLD THAT THER IS NO ONE TO CLEAN IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY JUST TO LOOK AT A DISGUSTING BATHROOM! I demanded for someone to either, clean the restroom, or give me my money back! They were so unprofessional, and trifling, that instead of cleaning the restroom, they refunded my money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN

The worst ever!!!!! I ordered a kids meal and got charge for the sandwich individually & the apple sauce individually & the juice box individually. The cash register lady said the system won’t let he do a kids meal & got mad when I asked for a manger the manager lady was even lost on how to do a kids meal! I was overcharged & nobody cared

Went to order a sandwich and received the nastiest customer service from the female Spanish worker, this store has spanish female workers only - who don't know how to serve and pop off at the mouth when they are the ones that don't speak English. I Had to to leave my sandwich because the Spanish chick was making my sandwich hasty with a bad vibe. It's not surprising if this store closes. Wrong people running it.

This hood store has the nastiest employees, the little arrogant man charged me an extra dollar for spinach because I ask to have everything on my sandwich. When I asked was this something new, he said yes for you today ONLY FOR NOW ONE DOLLAR EXTRA. He needs to mindful of whom he speaks to like this. Someone may not accept this and then "HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM". I'll keep my distance from this store from January 20, 2024 forward, and let others know about what happened to me there. Totally unprofessional. Filed a complaint with corporate too.
