The customer service was NOT good prior to me handing her my cup she had touched her scalp with the gloves that she had on and then touched the top of my yogurt the little Spanish girl had a passive aggressive attitude then it felt like I had to rush on picking my toppings then at the register she never asked me for my rewards number…and please do better it was June 24 7:30

First time coming to a Sweet Frog 🐸 and I must say I am more happy with the customer service than I am the yogurt 🍦 😊….Not that the yogurt was bad, I’m just not a yogurt person but the kiddies are satisfied. There are two young ladies and one man working and they are getting it down. The young lady with the blonde braids is really making it happen. She has gone from serving customers, being a cashier and making sure the place is staying clean. I’m really impressed by her work ethic and will definitely reason visit this place

I only wish they had more flavors. There was a sign advertising praline but when I asked about it they said they did not have praline
very disgusting the ice cream machine was dirty and it stunk i watched one of the employees sell a bag of weed right infront of me and my sister they even stood there talking like we weren’t there they were not giving me enough toppings and the store stinks like dirty cheap bleach my ice cream separated and had me sick for 2 days never again i still have stomach pain please do not go here.

I get the Original Tart and add crumbles of baklava, drizzle with honey and top with sprinkled cinnamon. The best. And why is the Original tart not available in the grocery stores? That is a necessity.

This is one of my favorite ice cream stores to satisfy my need for yogurt ice cream. I never eat in, so I really can't rate the atmosphere, but I will say there's not a large dinning area. People do sit and eat there ice cream.
