TAP Sports Bar

I’ve only been a twice. Each time there was a different issue. 1st time came as a big group for a birthday outing. After moving inside once the outside area closed we weren’t able to receive assistant from any waiter. Sat at a table for a hour before I decided to just go order at the bar, flagged someone down and they told me that since I was at a table I couldn’t order here… waited at the table some more than eventually called for a manager who then came and said that they didn’t have a server over here and I would need to go to the bar, so you can imagine the frustration. Mind you it’s a group of us, at least 10 people having to try and order from a bar that’s already crowded. Second time, I came and was just trying to order som food to go. Was directed to the bar area, was handed a little after hours menu. While it didn’t have the burger I wanted on the particular menu I was willing to order something else. The problem came about when my friend tried to order a plain veggie burger and was told it wasn’t on the late night menu. So I just find it odd that a bar serving food would no longer have a vegetarian option after a certain time. Something as simple as a burger patty swap is all that was asked.

DMV Kareoke was AMAZING!! The biggest draw for me and the host's energy was super exciting! I will be telling my friends about how much fun Wednesdays at TAPS are! Oh, and the jerk wings and onion rings were delectable!

Haven't had the worst experience ever. Got there on a Friday 05/23/2025 evening to enjoy dinner and watch games so I grabbed one of the empty seats hoping for a good evening. For reasons I could not understand, none of the servers were willing to come and check on me let alone serve me. Three bartenders were inside the bar, so I though one of them would come and ask for orders. I tried to get their attention , waving hands, signaling and calling out nicely but I was just outright ignored. One of the bartenders even engaged into a good 6 minutes chitchat with the customers sitting next to me completely ignoring me even when I was gesturing to her now and then. To my surprise another couple come sit next to the other side of me and the bartender didn't waste a second to ask what they want. I later realized I was being ignored intentionally and wasn't welcome there at all, so I just got up and left not to ruin the rest of my night and handle it later. I hope the manager (if they care at all) watch the footage in time and confirm this and take necessary action.

I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received from my server, Ms. Quay this evening. She greeted me with a kind and warm spirit. She was very patient with my food order. I really appreciate superb customer service. I am a MGM rewards member so I'll visit again!

Came here to say that this place has the worst service I’ve ever seen. We waited at the table for soooooo long. I begged them to get us a server. This dude brought the food out for 6 people, before our drinks, and said yeah we have a new bartender…. we didn’t say anything, just ate, paid and left. Wild

this is my go to spot.. love the atmosphere. the food and drinks are good.

While enjoying the casino, we decided to grab a bite without having to leave the casino. We entered where it was designated to do so but weren't greeted. We had to go to the hostess and ask for menus. After sitting at our table for several minutes, no one ever came to take our order. We just left pissed off.

Food was really good. The drinks weren’t bad and the service wasn’t bad as well. It is worth coming back for the food and atmosphere.

Absolute horrible service. Waited 30 min for a table which was fine. When we got to the stand when our table was ready the hostess was on the phone and she mouthed her apologies. as a line was forming and 10 minutes later another group bypassed the line and said their table was ready and I said that’s why we are standing here also. Another hostess or manager as I think she was, walked up and began to get menus for them. I explained they had just walked up and we had been waiting for over 10 minutes. Her response, “You can wait. Someone will get to you.” The original hostess apologized again once she was off the phone and I told her if she was a manager she needs to not be one to talking back to a customer like that. We were then sat where we ended up waiting 15 minutes and not one server came by. No drink order. Nothing. We ended up just leaving —- service was horrible. Also, Ovechkin was potentially making history and they had the hockey game on one grainy TV while basketball was on about 8 of their TV’s (same game). Absolutely horrible experience … will never go back. Especially not for some $20 dollar wings !!

Foods always seem salty.

Bad service. Erick the worse bar tender. I ask for beer i never get it and never come back on my table. I left without giving him a tip.

My family and I visited the restaurant and were told it would be an hour wait. While waiting an artichoke dip appetizer was ordered and took nearly an hour to arrive. Once we were finally called to a table no waiter/ waitress came. They were short staffed. Our party had to walk out. It was a disappointing experience.

The place was packed & ppl were having a good time. The prices are a bit steep for my liking but it's a casino location so.. The drinks were good though. The food was okay. The service was good.

Great bartenders.

Bought a beer from the bar and sat at the table. Then one server came to tell me my table is reserved so I asked which table is available cause the bar is obviously almost empty. she confidently answered “all tables are reserved” and asked me to move to the bar. Wth
