I had a great experience at Tom’s Watch Bar in National Harbor! Nola was absolutely fantastic—she has a warm and professional demeanor, paid close attention to my order, and made sure everything was perfect. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her friendly energy really stood out. It’s refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about providing excellent service. Thanks to Nola, my visit was smooth and enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back!
Got seated pretty fast (had about a 30 minute wait in line to get to the hostess) on opening football Sunday. A lot of tvs to watch sporting events. AJ, our waiter, was great. Great communication skills and great service. Explained specials. Overall, appears to be an asset to your restaurant. Definitely will be back. Oh, the pickle-brine chicken tenders were amazing! Yep, I’m a pickle lover 😋
I had a great first time experience at Tom’s Watch Bar in National Harbor! Kyana was an excellent bartender. She answered all my questions about the menu, made me a delicious mocktail, and was very attentive. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to be back with friends!
