My friends and I went to Top Golf on a Monday night planning to play for at least two hours and enjoy a relaxed evening. When we walked in, Arthur was the one who greeted us, but right away the interaction felt uncomfortable. His tone wasn’t welcoming at all, and instead of helping us get set up for the two hours we asked for, he kept insisting that we only book one hour. It felt like he wasn’t interested in listening to what we actually wanted.
As the night went on, his attitude didn’t improve. Throughout our visit, he continued to be short and dismissive, and we constantly felt rushed, almost like we were an inconvenience for even being there. It’s disappointing to spend money somewhere and feel like you’re not wanted, especially when all we were trying to do was have a fun night out with friends. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment, and it definitely affected the experience for all of us.
Recently, my friends and I had an extremely disappointing experience at Topgolf. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing outing turned into an unfair situation that left all of us frustrated. We were kicked out by an employee named Arthur due to an issue that had absolutely nothing to do with us. The group next to our bay was vaping, yet instead of addressing the problem directly with them, Arthur chose to remove our group from the premises.
What made the situation even more upsetting was that we were not involved in the incident at all. It wasn’t our section, we weren’t vaping, and we weren’t even interacting with the neighboring group. Despite this, we were treated as if we were responsible. When we tried to explain that the issue was coming from the bay beside us, we were dismissed without being given a fair chance to clarify or defend ourselves.
This experience made us feel disrespected, singled out, and wrongly blamed. Topgolf is known for its fun environment and customer service, but this situation was handled unprofessionally and unfairly. Being kicked out for something we didn’t do not only ruined our night but also gave us a negative impression of a place we used to enjoy.
Overall, this incident left us incredibly disappointed. I truly hope Topgolf addresses situations like this more carefully in the future, listens to customers before making decisions, and ensures that innocent groups aren’t punished for the actions of others.

I recently had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf. My friends and I got kicked out by someone named Arthur because the group next to us was vaping — even though it wasn’t our section and we weren’t involved at all. Despite explaining that it wasn’t us, our playtime was cut short and we never got the full time we paid for. Really frustrating and unfair experience. Hoping management takes situations like this more seriously in the future.

Love this place! It's so much fun for both adults and kids. On the expensive side but worth it everytime. They have really good cocktails, good appetizers, hot cider and coco, and the golfing is easy to get into for the whole family.

Manager Dramond has no management skills in dealing with a customer that was not satisfied by getting run around to Bays with no heat.After asking to have a conversation with him to rectify the situation , he refused my party of six and my money because he doesn't know how to talk to customers about a facility problem. Even if you are the second or third person to rectify, a problem, you are the manager and this a small problem that was could have been solved with a conversation. Your manager refused and here we are with no closure.

I was having a wonderful time at my friends birthday until our part met Warren the manager. He was so extremely rude, unprofessional, and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in customer service. Our party booked using a 25% discount and he would not honor this discount and spoke so arrogantly. He ruined the entire parties mood and honestly ruined my night. I will never be coming back here until Warren is FIRED!!!!

Admittedly I had high hopes for this place. I made my way into the dining area, sat at the bar then waited and waited and waited for the bar tender/server to see people and approach.
The service was subpar; appetizer and main course coming out at the same time. Food coming out cold and missing items. We were only asked once if we wanted beverages, no follow up with empty glasses.
First and probably last visit.
The view of the golf range is nice.

this was fun, I didnt order food so 1 star I got a bad service because of my accent most likely, but I get here to play and hit some balls, very interesting I just did some effort to play this game that I think I did mess my back and shoulders, I will recommend that what you see on tv sports about this game, it is not easy as it looks make sure you just try to hit the ball versus trying to play like a golf professional, you may end with a quiropractor
