First time at a top golf ever and sorely disappointed! We came by to order food and wait for a bay. We sat in the bar for over 20 minutes while the Bartender walked by us twice, looked at us multiple times, fixed a table next to us, and completely ignored us! He spent the whole time looking at his phone and folding towels. A female came to the bar a bit later, and was worse. She was interested in talking with someone she knew and ignored is too. We ended up just leaving- we realized our golf wouldn’t be worth it if the service was this bad. We drove over an hour to get here and Top Golf left a sour taste in our mouth.

Came here in the evening when it was 20 degrees outside, and got a 6 o'clock reservation. Definitely would recommend reservations if you are coming during a busier time of day. Everything was clean, and the experience was great! Our service was good too. The pricing is set for any group from 1 to 6, and the food was not bad. Overall, would recommend coming here maybe every now and then when it's not 20 degrees farhenheit.

I went to Topgolf yesterday and overall the experience was good until the very end. While we were playing, we noticed the heater in our bay wasn’t working. We let our server know, and she told us our bay was actually the only one without a working heater. She offered to move us to another bay, which we agreed to.

Shortly after, Coach Warren (that’s what his name tag said) came over and told us that if we moved bays, our time would be voided. That was fine with us. We even asked him again for clarification and that’s when he said it would voided.

However, when the bill came, we were charged for extra playing time, which directly contradicted what we were told. When we went back to Warren to fix it, he was extremely rude, had an attitude, and tried to blame us for the miscommunication. On top of that, he attempted to guilt-trip us by saying we were “taking money away from the server,” as if it was our fault we were originally seated in a bay with no heat.

The situation was handled very poorly and left a bad taste after what had otherwise been a fun night. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and the way we were spoken to was unprofessional. Customer service at the end of the experience really matters, and unfortunately this fell short.

I visited this location with a friend to use a free one-hour session gifted by Verizon. While the staff seemed nice initially, the experience quickly went downhill. Once we started playing, the screen would randomly freeze or kick us out of the game entirely.

To make matters worse, it was freezing outside, the heater was on when we arrived, but they turned it off while we were playing, leaving us shivering. I asked the people at the neighboring bays if they were experiencing the same technical or heating issues, but none of them said so. It felt as though we were being treated poorly specifically because we were playing for free, which is incredibly disrespectful.

My friend ordered buffalo chicken dip, which took 30 minutes to arrive 5 minutes before we leave—far too long for a simple appetizer. Even though the manager was present and playing golf next to us, he came specifically to our bay and asked if we were doing well, as he seemed aware of the 'BS' we were dealing with. I really liked the golf facility itself and had hoped to become a regular member, but after this experience, they’ve lost my business. I won’t be coming back.

We had an hour of free time and wanted to try something new. If we liked it, we would have come every day. Initially, everything was great. The staff was friendly, and the heating unit was on, making it a fun experience. However, I discovered that they had given me the wrong handbag—a right-hand bag instead of a left-hand bag. I assumed it might have been a mistake, but when I approached a manager wearing a red shirt to inform her, she ignored me and never returned. A few minutes later, the heating unit was turned off, and it became extremely cold. We ignored the issue and continued playing, but the screen kept freezing multiple times. We tried to remain positive and attributed the problems to technical glitches. We ordered some food, but it arrived after we had finished playing. Despite our attempts to maintain a positive attitude, the staff’s treatment made us feel like we owed them something. Would never return and thank you

Family and friends had a great time here Saturday night! Food was great! Service was great!! Music was great! Not too overly crowded. Felt safe and comfortable for everyone in our group from 19 months old up to the adults! Definitely plan to go back! Special thanks to Arthur and David, manager and director, who took care of us! Thanks again for a good safe and fun evening!

We had a great time at Topgolf National Harbor, and I especially want to compliment Brinya Maddox. She served us with a constant smile the entire time, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. for. It was very cold today, and she came by to check on our heater for us. Excellent service like hers really stands out. Highly recommend Brinya and this location!

i would truly put a zero for service if that was possible. our server, niccole a., was very disrespectful and barely even came to accommodate us. she gave my group attitude and was very rude to me and my friends. when it came to the check, she insisted that we had to pay three ways even through we were a group of five. we told her that we looked at the app and it said that it was possible, but she refused to split it five ways even though she saw that we were struggling to split the check. she basically forced us to move when we’re still discussing the check and gave us sass when we asked her if we could order our food beforehand. i love top golf, but this experience has certainly not been a good one. please do something about this rude worker because she ruined our night that was meant to be fun.

Myself and my group had the server Niccole. I put one star for the service when I wanted to put zero. She barely checked up on my table and was very abrasive when asking how we would pay. On top of this, we were lied to about being able to split the check multiple ways. We needed time to figure out our funds and we were met with nothing but disrespect and the accusations of not being able to pay. Because of this, I will not be returning to this establishment.
