I recently attended an event at V-NO Wine Bar & Shop and it was hands down one of the best networking events due to the incredible staff. They were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and most of all FUN! I will return any time I'm in the area and highly recommend this experience!!

I came here for a great experience and left with a bad taste in my mouth due to the customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get the female’s name that was working on the afternoon of 9/28/24, but her attitude was very standoffish. She was kind to other patrons that walked in after our group and explained a lot about the wines to them. However, our experience was very different. She was on her personal cellphone when we walked in to be seated. My group was a bridal party of 4 including the bride. She looks at us and tells the person she’s on the phone with she has to call them back, but the look she gave was as if we were interrupting her. She proceeds to ask if we were there for a scavenger hunt; excuse me? The bride had a headband on that said bride and we all had shirts that made it obvious we were a bridal party. We were ready to pregame there and buy a couple of bottles until she started speaking to us condescendingly. We explained that we were staying at the Wyndham and were told we could get a free tasting, but we also wanted to try more. She told us to sit anywhere. She came and asked us what kind of wine we liked; we said sweet. She walked off and grabbed a random sweet red wine. She didn’t explain anything about the wine to us. Just plopped the glasses on the table and poured the glasses. We began to try the wine, I only had a sip. She walked back over and asked if we were interested in getting anything. At this point, we had already discussed her attitude and making us feel unwelcome in this establishment. Therefore, we said no, we were good with the tasting. She continued to pry and we again said no. She looked at us with another strange expression and proceeded to grab the glasses before asking if we were done. Mine was still full. Another member in the bridal party noticed her behavior and said, “oh I get it, you want us to leave”. The bartender walked away. It was an ugly experience and though the establishment is so cute, I won’t be back.

This place is a dump and rude customer service during my time here. There are better bars in national harbour to patronise and I suggest you go to those and don’t waste your time and money.

I will NEVER come back to this establishment. The owner was beyond disrespectful and ruined the entire experience. She literally embarrassed my 12 yr old daughter for sitting in a seat while waiting for her parents to pay. I am appalled by her customer service and lack of apology when I tried to understand the issue. God don’t bless no mess and while I would love to support black owned business, I will NEVER go here again. Money better spent at McDonalds

The wine slushes were perfect for a hot day out. I guess our timing was just before an event, but the seating was ample to enjoy a glass or more. Adorable de`cor!

Did both white and red flights. One wine corked (out of 6). Server very new to wine and serving. Took a long time for the server to think about seating us! Table outside was dirty, servers should automatically wipe the table when they seat you. Still outside is a great location for people watching. Cote du Rhone was good!

I attended an event here and this place was absolutely wonderful. Not only is the space inviting, the people there are equally so. Their wines are fantastic and they helped me find “my wine.” If you find yourself in the area, stop by and enjoy a glass or more.
The atmosphere, the customer service, the wine… everything was excellent. I loved it, I 100% recommend that you come to enjoy V-NO…I will come back here

I HAD to leave this place a review! We were invited from Delaware to a poetry event yesterday and it was AMAZING! From the delicious wine, the food, the atmosphere, the scenery, and the POETS! I will take that 2 hour trip over and over again to come to this place again.
