This Wendy's gives Wendy's a bad name. The night service will get your order wrong everytime and they take forever. You can tell they need some leadership inside. A place like this might as well close down. Got a nice portion of fries last night which normally is exciting but they were cold and gross. They also gave me the wrong drink. How do you get mango pineapple out of a sprite? Last time I ordered a JBC meal and they put a chicken sandwich in my bag. What are yall doing in there? Yall not paying attention!

Just ordered a small chili and double burger no cheese in drive through line. After waiting longer than usual I noticed the cashier was also cooking. Got home and had a single burger and small fry and was charged $13.98. called back and of course, NO Answer.

Can you say food poisoning this morning I got a $3 deal first mistake sausage biscuit and seasoned fries after a half of the sandwich and fries I broke into the illest sweat throwing up in public I am healthy and was on my way to work and that got cancelled real quick I hate you Wendy's and my family and I will not eat Wendy's and other ever again!

Usually I have an amazing experience here, the food is usually exactly how I like it, I prefer this location out of the others in the area but I don’t understand why there’s a whole big banner that says late night open 24 hours and I pull up only to be sassed by the person in the window because I was confused why it was closed. Just explain it politely and don’t be an ass about it.
I’m not upset that it’s closed I understand things happen, and I wasn’t rude in how I spoke so I really didn’t appreciate that. If it’s open 23 hours and not 24 then just put that.

this place keeps messing up my orders every time I order at the drive through at night. I tell them my order twice to make sure they hear me and still mess it up I had 4 order messed including tonight. they don't care

The bathroom was very dirty and in horrible condition. I had to use it right after a staff member who left it messy with toilet paper. She was watching videos on her phone while using the restroom. One toilet was clogged and disgusting, while the other one was missing a lock.
