Please don’t eat here the service is horrible, the staff is dry and unprofessional also no offense but they looked unkept and dirty, they get nothing right don’t add cheese to your fries or potato won’t get put on no crackers for Chili and they lay on the mayo ketchup so ur sandwich will be soggy, if your order on the app don’t expect your frosty at all it’s sad how Wendy’s went downhill , I will be contacting corporate and the food inspectors because yea someone is going to get sick eating here I know they aren’t up to code I prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s but at this point ill go elsewhere, don’t go here your better off making a burger from home.

The level of customer service training needed at this location is unspeakable. Do not work in fast food if you cannot greet and listen to customers, check bag orders, and deliver a quality experience. It's ridiculous. Smh

The customer service at this location is horrible. The system was down, the lobby and kitchen were dirty, and the manager on duty seemed to not care at all. I guess the system being down was a blessing. Won't be coming back.

This morning 08/21/2025 I went to the Oxon Hill location and wanted two chicken biscuit and was told by the Hispanic lady in the dive-thru that they was not a dollar no more. I went online and saw that they where still a dollar. Tried to call the store and the phone just keep ringing with no answer.

Right now, it feels like you’re rolling the dice with every visit. Nearby spots like McDonald’s or Burger King in Oxon Hill seem to handle orders better. Until Wendy’s fixes this, always check your bag before leaving this location—you’ll likely find a mistake
