Good job wingstop, we appreciate your excellent customer service and good food. Ms KD and the staff, the community appreciates you. Food was good and fresh. Also witnessed compassion with regards to high school kids. Keep up the good work WS I will return to this location.

I had a mishap with DD after ordering my food through their app. Long story short, the staff members I spoke with very kind and understanding. I appreciated that because I’d already been having a bad day and good customer service goes a long way. They were able to rectify everything and I got my order. Everything was great. I don’t know the names of who helped me on 12/23/24 but thank you. I hope your manager sees this. You had a very kind staff working on that day and I’m very appreciative. Keep up the good work, young people! Kindness is a domino effect.

Ordered food online from this WS between 1045 and 11pm, this place closes at 1145.. WS accepted the order and then turns away 2/3 drivers, and said they weren’t making the order. However, they haven’t cancelled my order for my refund. If you do not want to work until your established closing time or are having issues, Why accept the order in the first place. Why not cancel so I can go elsewhere with my funds…. Poor business Poor customer service…..

I arrived at 12:30 and they closed at 12:45. I was told I could only order online and they could not take my order in the store even though I still had 15 minutes before they closed. I finally submitted my order online which they said they didn’t receive even though I had the confirmation text to prove it was submitted. They had to call the manager to come to the register and input my order manually anyway. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just take my order at the store in the first place. This was very inconvenient for me, a huge waste of time and not very good customer service.

For as much as they charge for blue cheese you’d think that they’d remember it for the orders. Then had to nerve to tell me over the phone they put it in there. It’s always something with this location
Customer service is horrible! They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in or anything. The workers are on their phones. Don’t spend your money here.

I walked in to get my order and was handed it by the employee at the desk. My bag was missing three fries and didn’t have enough sauces per the online order. Furthermore extra sauce is two dollars is ridiculous.

I’ve been a worker in this Rivertowne area for a while. I’ve been at this Wingstop location many times. Terrible customer service. No one speaks or greets you once you walk in. They have you standing there waiting for your order to be taken. This place really needs more staff based off how busy it’s gets and how popular the company is. I was just there the other day when I ran into a drunk staff. This location is always messing up orders. Food doesn’t taste right. As a big fan of Wingstop, this location has to be the worst and needs a new management.
