I had a mishap with DD after ordering my food through their app. Long story short, the staff members I spoke with very kind and understanding. I appreciated that because I’d already been having a bad day and good customer service goes a long way. They were able to rectify everything and I got my order. Everything was great. I don’t know the names of who helped me on 12/23/24 but thank you. I hope your manager sees this. You had a very kind staff working on that day and I’m very appreciative. Keep up the good work, young people! Kindness is a domino effect.

Ordered food online from this WS between 1045 and 11pm, this place closes at 1145.. WS accepted the order and then turns away 2/3 drivers, and said they weren’t making the order. However, they haven’t cancelled my order for my refund. If you do not want to work until your established closing time or are having issues, Why accept the order in the first place. Why not cancel so I can go elsewhere with my funds…. Poor business Poor customer service…..

I arrived at 12:30 and they closed at 12:45. I was told I could only order online and they could not take my order in the store even though I still had 15 minutes before they closed. I finally submitted my order online which they said they didn’t receive even though I had the confirmation text to prove it was submitted. They had to call the manager to come to the register and input my order manually anyway. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just take my order at the store in the first place. This was very inconvenient for me, a huge waste of time and not very good customer service.

I’ve been a worker in this Rivertowne area for a while. I’ve been at this Wingstop location many times. Terrible customer service. No one speaks or greets you once you walk in. They have you standing there waiting for your order to be taken. This place really needs more staff based off how busy it’s gets and how popular the company is. I was just there the other day when I ran into a drunk staff. This location is always messing up orders. Food doesn’t taste right. As a big fan of Wingstop, this location has to be the worst and needs a new management.
When you get in, only customer, stand at the counter for 10 minutes, crowd starts to form behind you, THEN someone comes...something wrong with the place. Saw them looking and talking. Craptastic service.

Wingstop can be hit or miss depending on on the location, but this one is by far the best in the area. Kwan was my cashier and he was really polite and efficient in his work. The kitchen and seating area was very clean. My food only took about 10 mins to be ready and I was on my way!
Parking: The parking here is tricky because the lot is small and there are multiple businesses on the same strip. Spots were constantly being freed up so it isn’t hard to park here at all if you have a bit of patience.

im from ny, i came to dc for a laufey concert and on the way there (to our hotel) we wanted to eat something, and i begged to go to wingstop cuz ive wanted it for a long time, i had such high hopes but it wasnt the best experience. it was a 50 minute wait just for 2 things of wings and a chicken sandwich, which wad just crazy. my ranch was incredibly watery and the coke tasted weird, my chicken sandwich wasnt horrible but it he other people i was with complained that the wings were small as hell. uh yea, idk i dont normally write reviews. Also kinda overpriced
