It’s ridiculous how professional, slow and inefficient this place is. The staff deliberately moves like snails and is inconsiderate. The ordering process is inept and this is the second time I’ve come to the MGM and it is pathetically slow. The staff keeps people waiting for no reason. 40 minutes waiting IN LINE just to order a slice of pizza! Zizi’s DO BETTER or find a manager that knows how to manage. Everyone waiting in line was complaining about these issues because the line was unnecessarily long.

My experience at Zizi's Pizza at the MGM Casino in D.C. was disappointing, to say the least. Despite being promised a 20-minute wait for my pizza, it took an hour and a half before I was informed that my order hadn't even been received. The lack of communication and disregard for customers' time was unacceptable. Even worse, when confronted, the staff offered insincere apologies and made excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. Sadly, I won't be returning to Zizi's Pizza anytime soon.

I ordered my pizza 6:02pm march 11th there was a mean lady that said “its gonna take 30-35min wait” i said well ok ill wait i came back at 7:02 to gove them 1hr i came back and they said “oh its not ready yet we gonna start making it now its gonna take 15min i have the ticket order National market should check on their hired employees they are not properly trained now i m still waitting here i can show the pictures of the ticket and everything the manager please feel free to contact me i can give names and pictures of the bad employees at the time of the order

I was hungry and craving for some pizza, so I decided to give it a try. The place was busy and there was a long line to order and another one to pick up and pay. It took me about 15 minutes to get my slice of pizza, which was not very fast considering the size of the place.The pizza looked appetizing, but it was not very fresh. It seemed like they cooked the pizza early and reheated it in their ovens. The crust was thin and crispy, but the cheese was dry and rubbery. I asked for some toppings, but they just put them on top of the cheese pizza and did not melt them properly. The toppings kept falling off while I was eating, which was annoying and messy.The pizza tasted okay, but not great. It was good enough for a late night snack, but not something I would crave for. For the prices they charge, I expected higher quality and more variety. The pizza was also very greasy and heavy, which made me feel bloated afterwards.Overall, Zizi's Pizza at MGM National Harbor Casino is a good place to get a slice of pizza if you are in a hurry and not very picky. However, if you are looking for the best pizza, you might want to look elsewhere. There are better options in the area that offer fresher, tastier, and more satisfying pizza.
I bought two pieces of pizza just now. I took them and went to the end of the line. I took a bite and it was very cold. I went back to tell them to heat it or give me another piece. The server said it cannot be heated due to precautionary rules, for sterilization, but I studied and learned that any germ goes or disappears at the top. Temperatures. I called the manager. He was very rude and did not solve my problem. These employees should be put at home. Bad restaurant. Bad service. Look, I will complain to you. I will expose you and that employee does not wear gloves.Liars
