I ordered my pizza 6:02pm march 11th there was a mean lady that said “its gonna take 30-35min wait” i said well ok ill wait i came back at 7:02 to gove them 1hr i came back and they said “oh its not ready yet we gonna start making it now its gonna take 15min i have the ticket order National market should check on their hired employees they are not properly trained now i m still waitting here i can show the pictures of the ticket and everything the manager please feel free to contact me i can give names and pictures of the bad employees at the time of the order

**Zizi's Pizza at MGM National Harbor Casino: Good for a quick bite, but not the best pizza**I visited Zizi's Pizza at MGM National Harbor Casino after a night of gambling and entertainment. I was hungry and craving for some pizza, so I decided to give it a try. The place was busy and there was a long line to order and another one to pick up and pay. It took me about 15 minutes to get my slice of pizza, which was not very fast considering the size of the place.The pizza looked appetizing, but it was not very fresh. It seemed like they cooked the pizza early and reheated it in their ovens. The crust was thin and crispy, but the cheese was dry and rubbery. I asked for some toppings, but they just put them on top of the cheese pizza and did not melt them properly. The toppings kept falling off while I was eating, which was annoying and messy.The pizza tasted okay, but not great. It was good enough for a late night snack, but not something I would crave for. For the prices they charge, I expected higher quality and more variety. The pizza was also very greasy and heavy, which made me feel bloated afterwards.Overall, Zizi's Pizza at MGM National Harbor Casino is a good place to get a slice of pizza if you are in a hurry and not very picky. I bought two pieces of pizza just now. I took them and went to the end of the line. I took a bite and it was very cold. I went back to tell them to heat it or give me another piece. The server said it cannot be heated due to precautionary rules, for sterilization, but I studied and learned that any germ goes or disappears at the top. Temperatures. I called the manager. He was very rude and did not solve my problem. These employees should be put at home. Bad restaurant. Bad service. Look, I will complain to you. I will expose you and that employee does not wear gloves.Liars

I'll probably never order from here again! It's there as a late night option, but it's not good. It's just not the kind of thing you'd eat sober. I got a single slice of the chicken parm - not good. I really wanted a margherita, but they couldn't tell me how long the wait would be for it. They barely warm it up and throw it in a box. Not for me!! Sigh!

This is typical NY style pizza with a crispy crust and lots of good grease. The reason I didn’t give five stars on food is that it lacks the flavor in the toppings and the salty cheese you’d expect from NY pizza.If you order anything other than plain or pepperoni the prices shoot up big time. Not worth it for other types.

I'll give it a 3 since the lady at the register was friendly. The other dude was friendly when getting pizza but he didn't really like it when he had to get garlic knots. I only ordered garlic knots as an afterthought because I had a $25 food credit and still had room. Other than two slices of pizza, the food wasn't for me. I handed it out to poker room staff. As far as the pizza goes, I don't really know for sure because I had already eaten at Ginger (much better option at MGM National Harbor) and needed to use my other food coupon. So, after handing out free food upstairs in the poker room, I went to my car and tried the pizza, which by this time was cold. Not cold enough for cold pizza. More like that in between kind of cold. All I know is I spit it out. Based on circumstances, the pizza is somewhat of a mystery to me, but I can tell you with great confidence that it shouldn't be your first option when at MGM National Harbor.
