Topping on the cake was when I was picking up the crabs they had an extremely vulgar song being played. Then girl helping me was rapping the lyrics out loud. Very sexual and crude in nature. The sound was “ carnival “ by Kanye west. Only reason I know is because she kept shouting “carnival is my shit”

Fantastic 1/2 bushel of crabs. They even moved the pick up time on the day, just after opening. Picture is of the last crabs, 3 days later. Still excellent.

Price wasnt bad for half bushel 150 but they was suppose to be large and mediums and they was no large at all. They was small and med and some was hella mooshy and bad. Some was so light it wasnt worth even picking.

Since I moved up to PA in 2004, I was a 100% dedicated customer. A few years ago, I heard a new owner bought the establishment which I can’t confirm. Well since this rumor, crabs have gone downhill. First of all, their website says Maryland crabs. They are not MD crabs but from Louisiana. 95% of the time, the crabs are outstanding. Secondly, their website indicates a 1/2 bushel of large crabs equals to 36 crabs. Even the employees indicate I should get 36 crabs for a 1/2 bushel of large crabs. Now before the new ownership, I got a baker’s dozen on the 1/2 bushel. Since the new ownership, last year I received roughly 34 crabs which is ok with me. However, this year it’s strictly 30 crabs or less if they miscounted how many crabs they put in the bag. I go and get crabs at least once a week and their employees knows me by my first name. Thirdly, when I got crabs on a Wednesday or Thursday, the crabs were not freshly made but re-heated/steamed! In August, the crabs should be nice and full. When I complained, I got mostly empty/mushy crabs and exactly 30 crabs. I highly do not recommend She Got Crabs unless the management change its practice and stop taking hard earned money from consumers.
