Enchanted Cakes and Treats

I would never ever in my life go back to this please .The worst day of my life I order my cake a week earlier. I came in for my cake for pickup they did not have my cake ready they had my cake ready for 6/31 when my birthday is 6/13 a horrible place... I had no cake for my birthday.... This place sucks

Wow. Enchanted Cakes and Treats Bakery really managed to turn what should’ve been a special occasion into a complete disappointment.

I genuinely didn’t know it was possible to charge premium prices for such mediocre work, but apparently they’ve perfected it. The cake looked rushed, sloppy, and like it was thrown together at the last minute. I’ve seen better presentation from grocery store clearance cakes.

And the taste? Somehow even worse. It honestly tasted like basic grocery store cake mix nothing special, nothing fresh, nothing that justified the outrageous price. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected something homemade and high quality. Instead, it tasted cheap, bland, and mass-produced.

Dry, forgettable, and disappointing. It tasted like sugar, regret, and wasted money.

Customer service was the cherry on top cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Once payment was made, it felt like basic courtesy disappeared.

If your goal is overpriced desserts, mediocre quality, and frustration, Enchanted Cakes Bakery is the perfect place. Otherwise, save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Had a cinnamon toast crunch milkshake the other day and it was delicious. Didn't think about taking a picture until it was already all gone lol so next time I will have to do that. Will definitely go back and try something else can't wait.

We had the joy of having our wedding cake provided through Enchanted Cakes and Treats and loved the finished product! They recreated our vision perfectly and the cake was delicious.

I loved my caramel birthday cake🎂. They wrote my name in green and we smudged it when cutting pieces.

We needed a special cake for my grandson’s first birthday and we were running out of time plus the theme was a D.J. They took our order and the cake was decorated with a record album and headphones. Everyone commented on how cool it looked and even better how delicious it was!

ive been getting cakes from this store since I was 13 and have always been excited for my birthdays just because of the cakes I get! The cakes I’ve gotten are always super cute but the kind of service you get does vary depending on who you speak to on the phone. One of the girls that answered was super rude and seemed annoyed with every question I asked. I noticed another customer has also had this problem which sucks because the one thing I enjoyed when coming here is how nice they are. The girl I usually speak to is super sweet though and is always willing to help!

I came in looking for a birthday cake for my husband's 40th birthday. The staff helped me decide on a design. The cake was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party loved it. We got carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was moist and flavorful!

This was my 3rd time supporting this small business. I am very disappointed at how I was spoken to on the phone today. I am not sure which white female answered the phone, but I was planning to further my support of this business by purchasing 12 chocolate covered strawberries. I was asked 3 questions: Which ones did I want; how many and when I would like them ready.

After answering 2 of the 3 questions, the female proceeded to give attitude like she was annoyed about when I wanted them ready.

I will no longer be supporting this business and will be making sure that no one else has to deal with a snobby attitude when trying to support.

If you don’t want to work there, don’t. We all are going thru a lot but no one that is trying to further the succes of your business in this economy; deserves that at all.

I recently ordered a cheesecake with strawberry toppings for a birthday party .. The cake was wonderful. The crust was perfect. So delicious.
It was ready on time, could not have had a better outcome. I will always use Enchanted Cakes & Treats when needed. Highly recommend. 5 stars! ⭐️

I was completely misled over the phone, and when I came in person, I received the worst customer service. I haven’t tried any of their treats yet, but based on my experience, the customer service was extremely disappointing
