I was talking cupcakes with some friends and I mentioned Enchanted Cakes. Had them a few birthdays ago. They were good cupcakes. I have had better but they were good and the staff were friendly.

I am writing this review however, in support of, and as a response to the ridiculous review attached (see photo). This individual reviewed the business based off what other reviewers said. They don’t cite personal experience and probably have never been to the place. They only quote other bad reviews to tell everyone they should not go here. A quick profile glance shows you the majority of their reviews are bad. I am all for a negative review if warranted. The current negative reviews are of actual customer experiences and therefore valid. This review is clearly not valid.

Read the reviews and decide if you want to give Enchanted a try. If not, cool but the truth always lies somewhere between the 5 star and 1 star reviews. 4 stars means that 80 percent of the reviewers on average are satisfied and 20 percent are not. Don’t listen to a useless review based on no actual experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Second time something has been wrong with my order. First time I had dog hair in my cake pop. They fixed that. When I went ent back saw they kept cake supplies in a chewy box. They told me it came from an employees shirt. Recently recieved the wrong order. The person knew that and still made me pay for the correction.

I usually come here with the kids to get them cake pops. Staff is friendly and they offer a wide variety of products. My kids like this bakery.

I can't do business with a merchant who thinks they are doing me a favor by taking my money and not standing behind their product. Judging from the numerous negative responses from honest, hard working customers, the best advice I can offer is to RUN - NOT WALK away from this place. Take your business to a merchant who values your patronage. There are several well respected bakeries along the Harford Rd corridor who will appreiciate your business and treat you like a customer should be treated. You'll be glad you did.

I needed a last minute birthday cake for my girlfriends birthday. I squeezed in an order 2 days in advance and the cake came out even better than i asked for. i couldn't be any happier with their service and I would order birthday cakes here all the time if i could. She loved the cake it was delicious.

Closed/locked up at 530 on a Wednesday when the posted hours on door and google say they close at 7pm

A coworker recently went here to get cupcakes for the office. 3 people ended up sick. When she called to mention what happened the owner went back and forth with her before hanging up which is rude when you’re calling just to mention what happened. This was the 3rd ordering from here but the first time someone got sick. After the way she handle it we will not be coming back!!

I stopped in and ordered 2 cupcakes and 2 slices of cake for the first time. Everything was very tasty. I have to throw a special shout out to the apple caramel cake, it was delicious! I will definitely be back for some more yummy treats.

I ordered from Door Dash. Donuts were stale and overly sweet. I have a gross aftertaste in my mouth. They gave me the wrong item and didn't reach out to let me know they were out of the one I wanted. Definitely the worst bakery I've tried in the Baltimore Metro. I agree with others. They also decorate their sweets in an amateur careless way.
