Been a customer since the early nineties and through at least three other owners. Very positive experiences over all this time. Over the last few months, food has been inconsistent. Delivery is either great or awful, depending who is working. Today we decided to order a pizza. We just received a luke warm pizza that took 1 hour 20 minutes (not 45 minutes as told) with what appears to be a frozen crust- not fresh. The pizza was dried out and a disappointment.
