This used to be a great date night stop-not anymore. Everything that could go bad, went bad. It took forever to be seated even though no one was in the waiting room and only a few tables full in the dining room. We got to our table at it was SO sticky. I tracked down someone and asked to have it cleaned again. TEN minutes later, they came and spray one spray and wiped off a tiny section of the table and left. There were flies all around our table. We were given no plates and silverware at the table-we didnt get that until after the appetizer arrived and that was after asking for it and waiting. When it came time to order entrees, I repeated my burger order 4 times-it was literally only ketchup, mayo, and onion-of course it came out wrong and cold. Our appetizers came out before our bread even though we asked for it a few times-the waiter kept forgetting. Over an hour later, and mind you the restaurant wasn't full, our food arrives, cold. This whole time however, the waiter came to our table EVERY 5 min to either tell us our food was coming out or ask if we were OK. He was also asking the table across from us and behind us at the same time so it got quite annoying. 2 hours after we got there we asked for our check to be separated. 10 minutes later, our check gets set on the table and we realize after he leaves, that he forgot to seperate it. 10 more minutes goes by, and he finally comes back and separates the check for us to pay. He didnt even offer us a box for our food-I had to ask for one. Meanwhile the table next to us, just up and left and the table behind me was complaining to the manager who wasn't very helpful at all. He was the one who brought our food to us, and when he asked how it looked-I commented that it was made wrong, and that we had waited an hour for them to bring us 2 burgers. He didnt even apologize. He just walked away. Ridiculous experience. Someplace so nice is messed up now. I am so disappointed and felt like I threw our money away. Disgusted and won't be back.

This had become the go to for I didn't care what we get night. Always good. Easy to eat Keto here. My wife and mother brother got sirloin steak all day special, I got beef tips, delightful served with mushrooms and onions. Get to steal a glance at the Orioles game and be a good husband both at once.

Service is good. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Menu has a decent selection. Food is average. Not just a restaurant - but also has a decent sports bar with plenty of TVs and nice family arcade too.

NEVER AGAIN!!! The last 4 times we ordered from here, 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, they haven't even started making it yet. They go to check to see how much longer and nevee come back. Beyond frustrating.

Use to love this place but last couple of visits seems like the food quality has decreased. My wife ordered the crab dip and it was so disappointing that she didn't finish it. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was Luke warm. She ordered a margarita and it tasted like mountain dew. I ordered a top shelf long Island and it tasted like a virgin long Island. It was to the point we didn't want to order an entree we just ordered a cobb salad. Not sure what's going on but I really hope their quality gets back to how it use to.

Terrible service. My husband and I attempted to dine in on Memorial Day. Upon entering, we waited for several minutes at the hostess stand (along with an unrelated couple) to be greeted and seated. Ok, no big deal. As we’re seated, we can tell that the restaurant isn’t that busy (to be expected given the holiday). In our minds, since we could see there were plenty of staff standing around, we would receive fast service. Boy were we wrong! The waitress that was assigned to our section never even bothered to acknowledge or check in with us! After 10 minutes of watching her tend to other tables next to us etc., we got up and left. You all might want to invest in more staff training.

Haven't eaten here in a while... not sure why it's been so long. Service was fantastic, Justin and all the wait staff did a great job. The wings were crispy. The steak was cooked as requested, the ribs were fall off the bone with a great sauce, and deserts were top notch.

Had a less than stellar experience yesterday due to the neglect of our server. We were served our drinks and noticed a stink bug sitting on top of the sugar packets. We got it wrapped up in a napkin and asked the server to discard it. We had our salads for less than ten minutes when our steaks were brought to the table. We had to juggle plates until we were given to-go boxes for our salads. The steaks were delicious but were lukewarm so they had been sitting in the kitchen. My steak was supposed to have a horseradish sauce which I had to ask the server three times before she brought it to me. We were never asked if our meals were ok or if we wanted another drink, dessert, coffee, etc. To her credit, she did ask if we wanted more rolls or steak sauce. We were there to watch the Kentucky Derby but there was no sound coming from the TV's which was disappointing. On our way out, I asked to talk to the manager and I told her about our server walking by our table multiple times and never stopping to see if we needed anything. The manager listened to what I had to say, apologized, but didn't offer any compensation nor did I expect any. We will not be returning which is unfortunate as the theater part of the restaurant is really nice and comfortable and the food is delicious but all it takes is one person ruining the experience whether it was intentional or not.
