As promised on the website Pho D'Lite offered an opportunity to sample foods from ll over South East Asia. I started with a refreshing Thai iced tea. It's creaminess later came in useful to offset the peppery/spicy Szechuan goat. In between I enjoyed the appealing and translucent shrimp summer rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. I had their vegan pho today and it is very tasty. they also offer the vegan soup base and beef soup base for vegan pho. I ordered a vegan soup base and it is very good. highly recommended.
