“DO NOT RECOMMEND. We waited 90 minutes for our appetizers (and of course entrees). We saw no one around us was getting service from wait staff or eating, so we asked for our drink check so we could leave. In that 90 minutes, no one came to give us an explanation of why we didn't get any food. After asking a manager directly to find out what the delay was, she NEVER CAME back to our table. Just sent our server with a zeroed out check, cancelling our order. No one from Tall Tales came and communicated any problems. Only half of the tables in the restaurant had guests so they certainly weren't packed and there was no line at the door. We made reservations, and had guests come from OUT OF TOWN to celebrate a birthday with us. A VERY bizarre and disappointing experience. The first time in my entire life I left a restaurant without eating. Something catastrophic must have gone down in the kitchen, but we wouldn't know because no one made the effort to tell us. And we'll never visit again. A major failure“
