While I don’t live in the area, I love to stop in when visiting family nearby. Always a great experience and always great food. Couldn’t ask for more!
I stopped by Anne Arundel Seafood while I was in the area and decided to try the crab cake and shrimp platter. For $30, I expected a full, satisfying meal, but I left disappointed and still hungry.

Anne Arundel Seafood offers delicious seafood, with jumbo crabs that are out of this world. The atmosphere is clean, staff friendly, and the fries perfect. Customers order crabs around the corner and take care of everything themselves. The food has always been very good, and the people are always very friendly and talk to you like you are a real person. The steamed crabs and hard fried crab have been really enjoyed. The kind lady who took the order was very patient with a large order. While there was more shells than normal in the crab dip and crab cakes, the taste was very good. Parking is plentiful with handicap parking, and there is access for wheelchairs and handicap persons. A dozen crabs were a decent size with a good taste, though some were mushy. Anne Arundel Seafood is a nice very casual place to eat.
