“Summary: Check your bag before leaving. Staffs there are nice and the manager was very reasonable and understanding.
First time ordering here on app. Just picked up my food about 10 min ago. Ordered a $5 meal mcdouble, a large fries, and a double bacon cheeseburger. I come home and noticed a small fries is missing from the bag for the 5 dollar meal. Not going back for the small fries. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews on here is based on how a lot of people are missing their orders. I didn't checked the bag which I should've done. I noticed bacon was missing on my burger. Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. The manager (Tina) comes up and I explain to her about it and she was very nice, calm, and understanding about the situation. Made another burger and got my small fries.“

“My husband took our 4 year old son, who is on the spectrum & nonverbal, into this Taco Bell yesterday. They only have where you can order via kiosk inside, but our little one doesn't like that. He ended up melting down, but as my husband was getting ready to leave, a guy saw what was happening & offered to take their order. I find this very refreshing! My husband declined & decided to go outside & order by the app instead. Regardless, kudos to the guy who was willing to go above and beyond!!“

“Had my son go get an order for me from here. My son held the phone & I gave my order to the attendant a 12 count nugget meal & granola parfait with extra granola. My son brought home the meal & it didn't include my fries. Called the manager & explained what happened. All see did was apologize & say I can come up there to buy the fries because they substituted my fries for the yogurt. Which is not what I asked for. Very disappointed no one asked me was I substituting because I would have cleared that up. Can't get off work to correct their mistake either.
Update: I called back & the manager worked it out with me & also explained how to help the attendees know exactly what you're ordering. Will be sure to say my entire order in the future & not just the number of the meal. Thank you Chick-fil-a for hearing me.“
