worst customer service of any place I've been.
Don’t even answer their phones. Waited for 40 minutes and had no answer.
Order food and extra sauces which were paid for and didn’t even get them in the order.
Deliver driver are nice but the STORE STAFF IS HORRIBLE (nicely put)
Super appreciate that Papa John’s (Pasadena) is remaking my pizzas since I hadn’t realized I set it up for carry out instead of delivery 🤦♀️ Totally my fault but because it had been an hour, they’re fixing me up. Very thankful for great service!!
