recieved a pizza that looked like a bite was taken out of it.
I ordered 2 pizzas & bread knots tonight for delivery. Pizza was wrong. I called for a refund and they told me they needed the physical card to do so. So, you can order without needing the physical card, but need it for a refund 🤔 So then they offered a coupon, but would have to mail it bc of all the paperwork that would need to be filled out. Ok. So no resolve to the issue. Worst of all I could hear people on the phone with the “asst manager” laughing & making snide comments....read full review
