My wife is on day two of food poisoning from this Popeyes location. I went through the drive thru to order her some blackened chicken strips because she’s trying to eat healthier. For one, they messed up the order and gave me crispy chicken strips so I had to ask them to remake it. They got the order right the second time but the quality was seriously lacking. My wife said the chicken tasted like rubber and now she’s been sick for 2 days from the food.

Their regular chicken sandwiches are excellent, unfortunately the quality can vary greatly. Sometimes you get one that seems to have been made the day before. Seems to be dependent on the time of day.

I ordered my meal and I was told to pull up and wait 2 minutes. I wait 7 minutes and watch them bring the truck that came after me their order. I wait a couple more minutes and I go inside. They don't have my food and claim there's an issue with the system. I ask for apple pies for the inconvenience and they act like that was a problem. No receipt because of the "system". I believe they gave the other guy my order and then scrabbled and lied about it. I watched several customers get their receipt while waiting. Worst experience at Popeyes EVER!

I've always shied away from this Popeyes just because of how sketchy it looks, but I finally gave in and stopped by. The service is not very good, but the food was THE BEST Popeyes I've ever had. I've been back 3 or 4 times over the last month and keep having the same experience--sketchy store, poor service, AMAZING food. And it's not just the chicken... the Mac and Cheese and biscuits were PERFECT every time. I don't really know how to explain this...

Excellent chicken with good sides. The service at this location is a bit slow sometimes, but the food is always good.They no longer have Cajun rice :-(

I have purchased gallon size SWEET iced tea on two occasions. Both times they assured it was sweet. Only to come home and find they weren’t sweetened. I told the employee on 2 occasion what happened. They assured me I was getting sweet. Of course it was marked sweet iced tea only to find out it was unsweetened again. So I went back and told them that it was unsweetened. The employees did not care, never apologized or anything. Picked up another while I was there. At $7.30 per gallon this was my third attempt. Only to find that this one was soured. So when I went back and asked if the iced tea was fresh and I would be receiving sweetened iced tea they said yes. Another girl working, who was not in the conversation told me it was impossible to receive out of date iced tea. They make it fresh every morning? I told her I was more than happy to bring the bag back to her. She shrugged her shoulders with an attitude and walked away. The young man working said they may have grabbed it from the back. He said some employees make it too watery and don’t add the correct amount of sugar. Amen, I got an honest answer. It isn’t like they gave me a replacement as I paid for everyone that I ordered. I think they need to train the customer service team to have better attitudes and to work with the customers not against. They need to have the employees know how to make the iced tea with the correct amount of sugar. I normally purchase 2-3 gallons per week. I asked if the Manager was available so I could talk to them. Unfortunately, they were in the back and couldn’t talk. I wanted to bring this issue to their attention along with the nasty girls attitude. If I walked in with an attitude I could have understood her attitude even though she wasn’t in the conversation and didn’t hear my entire conversation. I was intentionally keeping my conversation quiet as not to let other consumers hear my issues.

Never keep their work hours. Went 2times. Morning and night. But the door was closed. Ppl were inside but they never answered. When I went there at the evening around 7PM, they were closed again. I knocked and knocked but they looked at me like I am bothering them. I went around to drive thru to ask them but before even saying anything they said I can't use their bathroom...what???? The sign says and what they saying is completely different. Keep your work hours or change the sign please. And very poor service!!!
