I ordered my meal and I was told to pull up and wait 2 minutes. I wait 7 minutes and watch them bring the truck that came after me their order. I wait a couple more minutes and I go inside. They don't have my food and claim there's an issue with the system. I ask for apple pies for the inconvenience and they act like that was a problem. No receipt because of the "system". I've always shied away from this Popeyes just because of how sketchy it looks, but I finally gave in and stopped by. The service is not very good, but the food was THE BEST Popeyes I've ever had. I've been back 3 or 4 times over the last month and keep having the same experience--sketchy store, poor service, AMAZING food. And it's not just the chicken... the Mac and Cheese and biscuits were PERFECT every time. I don't really know how to explain this...

I have purchased gallon size SWEET iced tea on two occasions. Both times they assured it was sweet. Only to come home and find they weren’t sweetened. I told the employee on 2 occasion what happened. They assured me I was getting sweet. Of course it was marked sweet iced tea only to find out it was unsweetened again. So I went back and told them that it was unsweetened.
