One, whoever made my latte did fantastic.. I like bitter but sweet which doesn’t really make sense so not many people can understand the flavor I’m looking for .. but this Dunkin definitely did. And the napkin with the note made my day because I definitely am having a rough one. I drive but I got it doordashed because I couldn’t get out of my funk and this helped me ?

The worst Dunkin place in the planet earth I thought people who gave the previous reviews was joking omg non of this people can understand any order even a plain hot coffee the employee ask me many times you want it ice or cold lol just said hot coffee I think the owner of this franchise never brief or showed this people what a coffee looks like thank goodness I don't live near this Dunkin it's so sad this place is in the heart of a nice area

My daughter and I stopped in this restaurant today, early afternoon and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, iced drinks, box of munchkins and a donut. The young ladies that worked there were not knowledgeable about the items that the restaurant sells. For example, my daughter ordered a raspberry flavored iced tea. Three cashiers told us they don’t carry that, although we order it all the time. It took a fourth cashier, who by the way was very pleasant and helpful, to step in and say, “I know what you want and we do carry it.”. Then she stepped to the register and finished ringing up our order. She continued to help the other cashiers while we were there, as they were very uninformed or maybe just new. The reason that I decided to write this review though is not because of the staff, it is because I spent $30 in this restaurant and every baked item that we purchased was hard and STALE! You cannot be a specialty donut shop and sell stale donuts. This is unacceptable! I will not shop there again. Restaurant Owner, you need to do better! No one wants to spend their hard earned money on stale food. ??

The wait time at this particular Dunkin is out of control. Used the drive thru and there were 3 vehicles in front of me. Entire process took 15 minutes. Ridiculous. And still couldn’t even get my food left one star BAD

I ordered a cold brew with chocolate foam and chocolate caramel syrup. They gave me that but added crumbles on top. I politely told the woman working that I didn’t want the crumbles. After telling me that it doesn’t say “no crumbles on the slip” she scoops the foam off leaving crumbles in the cup. The mobile app doesn’t support this. (I can’t with the crumble texture). I wasn’t being disrespectful, so why can’t people just be nice?

Do not go through the drive-thru. 12 minutes trying to get an iced coffee is absolutely obnoxious. The people in the store are more interested in entertaining their buddies on the counter. I had to make it a point to get their attention to pay attention to me the paying customer not the Buddy. Please do not waste your time at this place.

Drive through line was out of the parking lot, went in and line was backed up to the door. Finally ordered, waited with the other 15 people for 17 mins. Entire time we all had to listen to the staff complain about how they are busy because of customers? They throw the drinks on the counter and you're left to pick through to see if it's yours. Got mine and of course it was wrong, just left. Place is unorganized and most of the staff is incompetent.
