Order from out of state for someone and the driver ate my fiancé food. Very unprofessiona laughing like it was a joke would never recommend them or ever eat there. l
We were so excited to finally try this restaurant but we were very disappointed. The large Lamb Soup was only filled 3/4 of the way and there was no meat. Neither of the combos came with the rice/beans. The flautas were drier than jerky. And the chips combo was not worth the $14. Maybe we’ll try again once they are well established in Owings Mills.
Used to go to R&R when they were in a gas station in Elkridge. Hadn’t been since they moved downtown and all the Food Network hype in between. Just got some tacos and a California burrito at the Lombard Street location and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The flavors and quality of ingredients are still excellent. The staff were lovely, great service. I will be back :)
