“Used to go to R&R when they were in a gas station in Elkridge. Hadn’t been since they moved downtown and all the Food Network hype in between. Just got some tacos and a California burrito at the Lombard Street location and was beyond pleasantly surprised. The flavors and quality of ingredients are still excellent. The staff were lovely, great service. I will be back :)“

“I came here on a double date and had been wanting to try it for a while. The Cinder and Sumac cocktail was unique and fresh. We shared the shishito peppers and potatoes for apps, which were both delicious. My partner and I ordered the miso mushroom bucatini and the pasta alla vodka to share. Both were very fresh and the quality of the pasta was very good, but I do feel they could have benefitted from a touch more salt (I don’t usually like my food super salty either). Most pastas give you the option to order a small or large size; we ordered the large and the portions were enormous — no complaints!— so just know that you can probably stick to the small if you’re sharing multiple pastas between two people. I didn’t catch our server’s name but she was incredibly kind, funny, and attentive. I will definitely be back!“

“I was at a birthday catered by Benny’s. The meatballs were outstanding, tender, moist, excellent flavor and the sauce was excellent also! “First time and the atmosphere was great, little small for volume of patrons. The Hostess, "Crystal" went above and beyond and truly brings the vibe, knows her role, her ability to engage customers, her energy.. The food was and the presentation of the Flight Sampler was cool little birds.. We had Coco Bread(Better than Texas Roadhouse) , Salmond with Rice n peas and coconut cream sauce AND Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta. Topped off Crystal made me a personalized Mother's Day dessert of warm pound cake with vanilla ice cream and drizzle on top.. She definitely "Loves what she does" It ALL made for a great experience.“

“Rusty Scupper was amazing. The goold was delicious but what really set them apart was how they went the extra mile for my parents anniversary dinner. I got my parents a gift card and made reservations, in the reservation saying it wasy parents anniversary celebration, could they give them a quiet table. They did that and so very much more. My mom can't stop talking about how incredible they were, how special she felt, how incredible the food was and how she had 3 wait staff, one in training but she had never felt so special in her life. Her excitement and joy makes me smile and I want everyone to know that Rusty Scupper could have set them in a nice table and said Happy Anniversary, that would have been great service but what they did was make an unforgettable memory for my parents. Going above and beyond, thank you Rusty Scupper staff, thank you so very much. You gave my parents an experience that is above and beyond "like something out of a movie" mom keeps saying!!!!“

This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation. We appreciate every visit, and when we leave, we feel like we have gained 5 pounds each (in a good way!). Looking forward to our next visit :) Thank you Mr. Amir and family!“

I expected it to be half the amount of food I received and delightfully surprised at the amount of food I got for $11! I can see why they have 100% positive ratings. “I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Ampersea! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Joey was absolutely fantastic - setting us up at a table with an amazing view and checking on us multiple times during our visit. He offered to take our coats after we were seated and then offered to take pictures of us when we were on our way out. Ampersea has definitely been the most positive experience we have had during our trip. I can honestly say that Joey is the sole reason we cannot wait to come back to enjoy a meal and a drink (or 2, or 3 haha) once the weather is nicer! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!“

“My son Aaron is on the extreme end of the spectrum and Kiwi is his service dog. This morning, Aaron wanted to go to breakfast which he never asks to do. Sarah Renae and I go to Double T Diner White Marsh for lunch periodically. I called to see how busy they were and if they had booths available. We got a booth in the back (near that giant TV) our waiter was amazing so was the hostess. Aaron does not like going to eat at restaurants because far too often he's made to feel unwelcome because of his service dog. Let me be clear not telling him to leave and making him feel welcome like every other customer are not the same. Today, he was made to feel welcome. Today, his service dog (Kiwi) was made to feel welcome. After we ate breakfast which he had this huge pumpkin Belgium waffle with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrup with a side a bacon (only 12. 99) I let him pick out a desert for us to take home then he went outside while I paid. He picked the recess cheesecake for himself and the tiramisu for me. One of the hostesses came and asked how things where and if I was the one who had called earlier. I started to tear up as I thanked her and the staff for making Aaron feel welcome and like every other customer. I think it's important to acknowledge when a business not only does the right thing but does the right thing correctly and enthusiastically. So, to the owners, the hostesses, and our waiter (forget his name) thank you from a mom and caretaker this was a big deal for him. Veronica“
