“We just had the best experience at this restaurant. The staff were very helpful and polite sharing lots of big smiles. We got the lamb chops which I can honestly say are some of the best we’ve had at any restaurant. The chicken in the Tikka Masala was melt in your mouth tender. The restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who grew up in India. He said it’s true to his memories of food from his mother land. Please give this restaurant a try. You won’t be disappointed. “With reservations for 25, the day before the lunch, I called and adjusted the count to 20. Seventeen classmates showed up, and I expected more from the restaurant. My Cinnamon Bun Pancakes were so good, as big as the dinner plate used for service! After raving about the scrapple, I had to eat my words, and the scrapple, very thin and dry
One person was brought out a cheese hamburger but his order was a plain burger. His correct lunch came out after most others were finished. My husband had to ask for the third egg included with his big combo. From the menu, he expected more scrapple. He ordered poached eggs. One was perfect, the others were half poached, half hard boiled. Drinks were not refilled without asking.
None of this was the server's fault. One server for 17 people. And no less than FIVE other tables.
On the first phone call, I was careful to explain that each couple, or single, would pay separately. This group has a monthly lunch and most pay cash. If I had been told this was not possible, no reservation would have been made. Several restaurants have told me upfront what their payment policy is, which is appreciated.
The bill comes. The server couldn't (wouldn't) split the bill more than 5 times. She said it was too much trouble. No manager could be found to resolve the issue. We found enough cash but I will take this restaurant off the monthly list.“

“Good food made quickly while you wait. I always get the triple meat steak shrimp and chicken over lomein noodles. The fried rice is good too. At the end counter they put this hot teriyaki sauce over your food which is good. Recommend this spot.“

“Delicious food. I went here with my boyfriend because we were craving sushi and lo mein. The food is fresh and seems to be made to order, and the chicken doesnt seem like it's frozen, but fresh chicken. My boyfriend loved his sushi, and also said that the shrimp and fish seemed fresher than other sushi he's had (and he eats A LOT of sushi). The sauce for the lo mein was delicious, and the noodles soak it up well. The sushi rolls are huge, you get 5-6 slices per roll, but the rolls are thick and stuffed full. Easily one of my new top takeout spots. They do have some seating, its plastic tables and chairs, nothing fancy but the food more than makes up for it.“

“Typical Panera location. They have plenty of seating. Service was decent but there at lunch and plates and garbage stacked up. Parking in front is difficult to find but plenty of spaces in large lot in rear and a convenient side door to get in.“

Upon entry SUPER CROWDED. College students and young adults everywhere.

Despite the heavy crowds, there manages to always be a seat for my party, the employees are fantastic, and the food continues to be delicious.

Kyle had a big personality and was very pleasant.

Collectively, we ordered the following.
HH-House Wine (White) - Amazing as usual.
HH-House Wine (Red/ White) - Refreshing
Broccoli - Came out cold, sent back for hot broccoli.
HH-Steamed Shrimp - Plentiful and yum.
HH-Grilled Lamb Chops - Tender, well plated, savory.
HH-Thai Chili Wings - Amazing flavor, great texture and temp.
Fries - Ok. Room temp.
HH- Spinach and Artichoke Dip - Very good. Plentiful.

“My first time at Miss Shirley's with my daughter's for a Valentine's Day Breakfast and we LOVED it! When we were seated, I noticed that my daughter was given a book to read while there, in addition the kids menu, which I think was a very good idea. Vivian (I think) was our waitress and she was very friend;y and helpful. I loved the way the children's food was plated, in a bento box style. My oldest daughter had the red velvet french toast, which she enjoyed, my youngest daughter got the Belgian waffles, and I got eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, and a biscuit. Everything was delicious! The mimosa was good and I enjoyed the coffee. Definitely will be back.“

“Silver Queen Cafe continues to be a local gem. After our original dinner plans fell through this past Saturday, we were able to snag a last-minute 7:45 PM reservation, and it turned out to be a fantastic evening.

Even though they were sold out of a few popular items we had our hearts set on—the fried oyster tacos and the black bean burgers—the experience was still top-notch. “This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.“

“My husband and I had a late breakfast at the Timonium location on December 27, 2024. Upon arrival, at almost 11:30 AM, the hostess named Samantha, was seating another group of people. We watched Samantha clean tables, set place settings, before returning and seating us. We soon took note that this very pleasant hostess/greeter was taking on several jobs: we watched her methodically bus tables, return to awaiting guests in line and proceed to repeat the same process...while also being the cashier for departing guests who were paying their bill. As more and more people arrived, we watched Samantha's professionalism never waiver. Our waitress named Kelly was also pleasant. She quickly took our order and soon returned with drinks. Not long later, another kitchen helper returned with our plates of food. I commented on how well everyone was working and gave a special appreciation to Samantha. We observed Samantha rearrange tables to accommodate groups of people while maintaining her warm smile that revealed her love for her job and customers! Unlike many other eateries, they have not gone to cheaper ingredients since the pandemic and you can tell by how fresh and tasty everything is. The sweets are amazing and if you are gluten-free they have an increasing number of items available for you. I highly recommend the gf/v “gruffins” and the lemon squares when available are not to be missed!“

Looks like a typical eat-in take-out Asian eatery, but looks can be deceiving. Not just the quantity but the quality of the food is top notch!! Pho was ready in a flash but tastes like it simmered all day long. The rare steak was sliced thin and cooked in the delicious broth. The meatballs were not the typical frozen ones but were authentic and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place for a change of pace, then you will be hooked. 5 STARS from me, I will be returning with friends.“
