Chopstix Gourmet sushi bar serves sushi that is amazing, always fresh and flavorful, with large and plentiful pieces. The spread is beautiful, and other dishes like general Tso chicken, Hunan chicken, shrimp toast, shumai and egg rolls are delicious. The food is outstanding and puts all Chinese restaurants in the area to shame. For the price compared to New York, it is a steal, with large portions and great prices on lunch specials from 1pm-3pm. The environment is cozy with nice decor, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. However, some reviews note that servers can be very hasty to the point of rude, rushing customers out. Despite this, the restaurant is worth a sit-down for casual Asian cuisine lovers and large families. Both the Perryhall and Belair locations have the same flavor and flare.
