Been here many times so this review is well informed ha. Truly excellent in every way. Seating and take out. The owners have created exceptional food in Phoenix/Jacksonville. The sandwiches, salads, and pizzas are simply excellent. Try the shrimp salad sandwich...huge fresh shrimp in a lighter than most mayo sauce. Filling. I used to enjoy ordering from Brookside but as many others have said, the food has become overpriced for what you get. I ordered a $26 caesar salad with grilled salmon. The salmon was slimy and undercooked with not a grill mark in sight. Thankfully I was refunded by a manager. 5% "convenience" fee tacked on to all orders. I'm sure I'll get a juvenile response from the owner like "Let's go Ravens" since they don't seem to care about customer feedback based on responses to other...read full review
