Terrible service. Employees need to be trained better on how to wrap burritos. To make matters worse there were no napkins available for such a messily wrapped burrito.

On a Saturday afternoon they have 1 cashier & 1 line staff??? I had to wait 7 minutes just to be acknowledged smh. There's no way i should be in Chipotle for approximately 20 minutes when all food containers are FULL!The best time to come to this location is @ 10 p.m as that's when they have the most staff

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here at this location. The young girl working tonight is inexperienced and should not be left alone !!! She can’t wrap burritos with out them busting open using her hands to try and cover up the sloppy mess she made. Them my wife’s tacos are poorly made . Very sloppy job . Step up your training! She either doesn’t care or doesn’t have proper training. She seemed sweet so I’m sure it’s lack of training . You guys are being cheap trying to keep limited amount of employees which I get . But if you do that best make sure the few people you have working know there job well. Very disappointed in you guys !

I waited 20 minutes for them to get chicken, even though my bowl was already ready. When I asked about the chicken, they told me to go back in line and discarded my bowl. A bit more kindness would be appreciated, especially since I waited as requested. Specially two tall African American men, maybe learn some customer service in future.

Out of all the chipotles in the area, this is the one I frequent the most. If the store doesn’t have a line out the door they will take care of you 1:30ish time during the weekday hasn’t failed me. They typically have dressing avail, Thank God.

1st time here. I can't speak to the service or atmosphere since it was just a pick-up order. Food was ok, Nothing special. Shake Shack will be opening soon in this shopping center and it seems the majority of negative reviews here are for service and cleanliness. Went on a Sat night and they were empty. If they don't improve soon, I can see them potentially having to close...

Tired of this location being lazy after 9:30p.m. and 10p.m., especially the stud with glasses and locs who think she run the store. Never have full items for the rest of the night? Laughing at a request. Sloppy, dirty serving area, no napkins, no utensils, floor dirty, over filled trash, employees talking about marijuana being delivered to the job. Over charging without notification! Where is management? You all come to work to get paid. Not be lazy. Do not recommend. Why have 11p.m. closing hours if you all are not giving full Chipotle quality? Terrible experiences out of the past four years!

I am writing to report a highly concerning experience I had at your restaurant. This was one of the most unhygienic and unsettling visits I’ve had at any Chipotle location.
If this is the level of hygiene presented to customers, it’s troubling to imagine the conditions in chipotle‘s kitchen. I’ve visited this location before and have noticed cleanliness issues in the past, but this recent visit was by far the worst.
Here are some specific observations:
• A long, braided synthetic hair extension was lying on the floor near the ordering counter — clearly visible to customers and staff.
• The beverage station was in poor condition: the entire counter was wet and sticky, and the lid dispensers were contaminated with spilled liquids.
• The condiment station was overflowing with trash and food residue.
• There were very few utensils available, and the utensil area itself was littered with garbage.
• I initially planned to dine in at the restaurant. However, nearly every table in the dining area was covered with leftover food and trash. When I approached the condiment station, it was in such an unsanitary state that I felt extremely uncomfortable. Due to the overall lack of cleanliness, I decided to leave the store without staying to eat.
I have taken photos of these conditions, as I believe they present a legitimate public health concern. Based on what I observed, I feel this location should be reviewed by the local health department. I share this feedback not to complain, but out of concern for the safety and well-being of your customers and the community.
Paying over $12 for a meal in such an environment is unacceptable, and I hope immediate corrective action will be taken to address these issues.
