I waited in line for 30 MINUTES repeated my order to the man with glasses and locs TWICE. Not only was he rude but he gave me the wrong order and got an attitude because I was trying to use a reward. It’s ridiculous and unnecessary and I hope they can change their service

I had to change my order 3 times because they barely had anything in stock. Ridiculous. They didn’t even have waffle cones which completely shocked me, seeing as though it’s an ice cream shop. Will be my last resort from this point on.

I placed an order online and entered the location to pick it up. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged when there were 3 associates working and all engaging in a personal conversation with the only other customer in the store who walked in seconds before me. They rang up the other customer's order, and then still without acknowledging me proceeded to ask a new customer who walked in if they needed help. I had to interject and state that I had been waiting before the other customer. Then the customer who walked in off of the street with no pre-placed order received his order and exited while I continued to wait. I have had similar experiences in the past which also included this location getting my order wrong twice. This is just the first time I felt compelled to write a review.Parking: Open lot but it can be congested depending on the time of day.

Best Coldstone experience! First time going to this location and I always get the same thing; Somewhere Over The Raindough with added cookie dough. The man working gave me EXTRA cookie dough and topped off my icecream with extra icing and sprinkles! Very kind staff and a really great atmosphere! Will be coming back!

Ice cream is always great but the staff is a problem as soon as i walked in the door I felt like I was rushed the first question he asked me was if I already place an order online thats fine and I said no and as I was walking to look at my flavor of choice he ask me 2 times before i was even able to see them and as I was looking at them he ask me again it was not busy i was the only customer in the store there was no reason to rush and on top of that the music is on maximum volume you can barely hear your own thoughts I don’t think I can go back after that experience .

The ice cream was totally melted and the service was terrible!
Ordered a cake that was inexcusable. I requested purple icing and it was pink and also looked like a 5 year old wrote it. To make matters worse it was sloppy almost as if the cake had melted and been put back into the freezer. The store looks dirty, glass was dirty, napkin dispensers empty and the freezer with the other products in it wasn’t presented well. I won’t be ordering a cake from this location again.

Do not even bother. I placed an order 2 days in advance. When I came to pick up although very apologetic. The employee informed me nobody made the cake and that it would take him 10 minutes. It took about 30 minutes while I waited. He did give me free candles to make up for it but for $50 this is pathetic. Never again. I didn't see the cake until after I left because the employee put it directly in the bag and I needed the cake for a birthday party but wow. Completely embarrassing to show up with this:/
