Overall a very poor experience. Brooke, our server ignored us for pretty much the entire time. Empty drinks, zero refills the entire time, finished eating our (okish) food and had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish doing dishes in the back to get a check. All in took over an hour to get in and out. The place was empty so it's not like it was crowded. Got the check and I see they automatically added a $18 gratuity to it. No way to set my own. After the final check comes, there is an option to tip on top of that. Like I'm not supposed to notice I already was forced to tip. Sneaky and definitely earned a scathing review. My fiancee and I are very displeased with the experience. It was just awful. Thank God I used an American Express. The service I received was not worth a $18 tip. And to expect me to pay you more on top of it?!? You sneak it in like you want me to pay you $36 or so an hour to ignore my partner and I? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder the service was awful. No need to earn a tip, just ignore the customer and force them to leave you a massive tip. The menu states 20% tip for parties of 6 or more. It was just my partner and I. Ridiculous.

The restaurant staff at Fountainside are fantastic! I recently stayed at the hotel for a month for work, and dined at the restaurant on several occasions. Breakfast was lovely, as Bobby, Brooke, Angel,or Brenda greeted me with a smile and the utmost professionalism, and courtesy. Their daily happy hour and dinners offered decent prices, good portions, and great food. Dewan and Trudie are experienced cooks, who take cooking seriously, and present their creations with made to order creative flair. The bartenders and waitstaff made me feel welcome like family. Chrystal, Kay, Megan, Akila, and Tessa went out of their way to provide impeccable service. Lamont is also a nice addition, and always made sure everything was to my liking. I would highly recommend this spot to guests, as well as folks in the area. I will truly miss these special people that made my stay wonderful.

This is by far was the worst food and service I have ever had. I was apart of a large party that the restaurant was aware that was coming in advance. After about 40 mins, we had to ASK our server if he could take our drink orders. It took over an hour and a half for us to receive our meals, which came out sporadically.I ordered Chicken and Waffles--the waffles were thin and cold; the fried chicken wings were old and reheated. I was so disappointed, that I didn't even attempt to have them take it back and remake it. My dining experience was sub-par to say the least. I will never visit this restaurant again and will encourage others not to patronize as well.

Good. Unless they are busy. Not staffed well. Closes early for no reason. Actually i received poor service when they were slow as well. Over priced. Under staffed. The bartender was friendly when she wasn't busy.

Had breakfast here on the last morning of my 4 day, 3 night stay, 9/21/22. It was good. Also on Sunday evening, 9/18/22, I was unaware that this Doubletree by Hilton hotel at 1726 Reisterstown Rd in Pikesville, MD has room service. I was pleased to find this out and I ordered room service because I was hungry, but didn't feel like having to go out to get something. I ordered the 8 buffalo wings, with no sauce, although I could have gotten the Buffalo wing sauce or barbecue sauce on them. I also ordered the crabfries with melted cheese which came with yum-yum sauce, which I declined. The crabfries were a nice portion which came in its own container as did the wings. I ended up having leftovers for Monday morning, also.Thanks so much for having room service!

I don’t know who made the food for our event but it was absolutely terrible. The only reason we even came to this establishment is because one of my friends told us that its a nice place . I’m surprised the head chef let food come out like that. It was march 30th and all of my friends at the event said it was bad food and the main chef needs to do better or shouldn’t be a chef at all.
