“Usually good service. This time we had 2 orders. A smoothie and a salad and a smoothie and a bowl. The smoothie with the salad had the contents all over the top, down the side on the bag the salad was in. Also the lid was off the salad and no cover anywhere for the dressing container in the salad bowl. The second smoothie was in the cubby for pickup, but no bowl. I had to ask about it and it was just sitting bagged on the counter behind the register. The girl got it and just stuck in the cubby. No comments. No apology. "Some" of the staff aren't up to par.
UPDATE 11\30\24: Got 2 smoothies today and they and the service were back to great! Not at all like the previous time.“

“First time customer. I see alot of post about this place so I decided to try it for myself. I went to the Owings Mills location today and the young lady working was so friendly and helpful. Her Customer Service was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. She informed me of the most popular juices & smoothies and even let me taste a few. The juice was very delicious, you couldn't tell that it's supposed to be healthy. I ended up getting the Get Money Smoothie which was very good also. I only came in for a smoothie but ended up purchasing some juices also. I definitely will be back.“

“Update: I went in this morning to speak with a manager and while the manager was busy, the young man at the register, David was able to address the situation. He apologized and made me the smoothie I'd ordered from last night. I appreciated the professionalism and this time my wait was less than 10 minutes. Since this was the first time at this location and they were accommodating to undo the mistake, my husband and I WILL be back again as we love smoothie king!

This location is short staffed and if you order online they just mark you order complete but never make the order. I placed an order through the app and my husband went to pick it up on his way home. There was only 1 lady working.
My husband got there at 9pm, but I ordered through the app as I wanted specific substitues that I didnt want him to inadvertantly mess up. I placed the order at 901pm and at 919pm (while my husband was waiting) the order was marked completed. After 20 minutes my husband asked when my order would come up and the lady said she never recieved the order. She told him we could just cancel the order and place it with her in person, but the app wasnt offering that option as it was already marked completed. On top of that she wasn't willing to simply make the order since it was an error on their end. This was our first time at this location and we were excited about there being a smoothie king closer to our home but we will not be returning!! Between waiting for the order, the lady looking through the system and my husband showing the lady my online receipt several times, he spent almost 40 MINUTES IN A SMOOTHIE CARRYOUT!! Essentially smoothie king stole $11.64 from me with no apology or solutions offered and wasted 40 minutes of our time!!!“

“So happy to have one of these so close to my home. I love their açaí bowls, everything is always freshly prepared, the taste has been consistent and the bowls have been so yummy.

This new location was very neat & clean, the employees were polite, I asked for some extra drizzle on top of my bowl and was granted it with no hesitation. You get to watch them make it and they also make fresh & sell Auntie Anne’s products as well.

I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“
