“Usually good service. This time we had 2 orders. A smoothie and a salad and a smoothie and a bowl. The smoothie with the salad had the contents all over the top, down the side on the bag the salad was in. Also the lid was off the salad and no cover anywhere for the dressing container in the salad bowl. The second smoothie was in the cubby for pickup, but no bowl. I had to ask about it and it was just sitting bagged on the counter behind the register. The girl got it and just stuck in the cubby. No comments. No apology. "Some" of the staff aren't up to par.
UPDATE 11\30\24: Got 2 smoothies today and they and the service were back to great! Not at all like the previous time.“

“I’m starting to really like them again. First time I went I added smoked salmon to my toast and I really didn’t like it, but maybe that’s just me. I’ve gone in twice now (with a different order) and it’s been delicious. Every worker I’ve interacted with here is so sweet.“

“I had an excellent experience. I think it was the manager who helped me ! He was quick efficient and very polite. To be honest these days to find someone in the service industry that’s polite can be difficult. So this experience was refreshing.

“Bike Powered Events made our festival really pop with their bubble bikes. Fun for all ages, they were stationed at our welcome tent and by the dance floor. At night we brought out their disco bikes. Both created so much joy in the crowds for all ages. 100000% will be asking them back next year.“

The store owners are SO friendly and really care about the community. The food they serve all come from local small businesses, so the quality is top notch! The egg custard, red bean, and pork buns are my favorites! 😋 For drinks, the strawberry au lait, tiramisu milk tea, and mango tea with mousse are my go to!“

“First time customer. I see alot of post about this place so I decided to try it for myself. I went to the Owings Mills location today and the young lady working was so friendly and helpful. Her Customer Service was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. She informed me of the most popular juices & smoothies and even let me taste a few. The juice was very delicious, you couldn't tell that it's supposed to be healthy. I ended up getting the Get Money Smoothie which was very good also. I only came in for a smoothie but ended up purchasing some juices also. I definitely will be back.“

“My daughter and I visited this location for sushi yesterday and we absolutely loved it. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. I’ve been in the Owings Mills/Reistertown area for 3 years and have yet to find a good sushi UNTIL now. I usually drive to Hampden just to visit Yama Sushi, but now I think i found my new sushi spot. Customer service was pretty good and the establishment was clean. The bathroom could be better though.“

“In my best Kat Williams voice "Playa Playa" !! From beginning to end, excellent experience. I love the fact that you can choose from 2 doors to enter as well as safe free parking lot options. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“

“I came here a while ago for a door dash order and had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive their order. The lady that was behind the counter was new and getting trained. Before me there were about 10 orders that had not been made yet. Now while that experience was not a pleasant one she did assure everyone that she was trying her best and to hold on a little longer and she kept talking to the customers throughout and that alone made me want to come back and try the food for myself“

“I have been to several Auntie Annie’s & Jamba but this location ROCK IT with their excellent service I asked for xtra salt and butter to my pretzel nuggets and he responded with a smile and a happy response of yes The store was clean but what made me want to add a review out of my busy day was the freshness of the food He said 4-5 min wait (which was on point) and the wait was worth it because the food was fresh, tasty and just the perfect crisp to each bite The other stores I been to was Eastpoint (they was ok but food was too doughy tasting and wasn’t as fresh and Owingsmills and their food was hit and miss some days taste was better than other days Todays location at 11221 York rd I give ALL 5 STARS it aloud me to give“

“I got an espresso machine for christmas and it takes very specific beans. I was asking Kira about which bean would be best, and they were so helpful. They called the boss and got all the info I needed. I told them I didn’t want to be any trouble, but they insisted and were so accommodating.
The coffee was also bomb, and came out quickly. I got the salted caramel cold brew which I highly recommend“
