The food was bland. The meat had very little flavor. The vegetables tasted like they had been boiled with no spices and thrown on the plate. The cooks don’t really speak english at all. I probably won’t be back, because if I want hibachi, I will go elsewhere.

I will never spend my money at this location ever again. The staff are extremely rude with a lack of understanding of the English language. The floors were sticky The portions weren't correct which wasn't a big deal because the food didn't even taste good...

Tried this place again for the first time in a year and they have improved! Better interior, food comes out fast, and in great quantity and price! Highly recommend the bento box.

Good customer service ?
Not impressed with selections. Doesn't taste like most Asian places I've eaten at before.

Iam so frustrated with business that don’t hire people who speak English it took 30mins to order and then I had to go back and order because of language barrier damn
Very disappointed by recent visit. This establishment used to be our go-to spot in the shopping center, but our last visit fell short. The cleanliness—dirty tables, sticky floors, etc.—wasn't up to par, and ordering was frustrating due to miscommunication with the cashier, even on a simple order like chicken teriyaki with vegetables and rice. My order was incomplete, but the ordering experience was such a struggle that I didn't feel the need to have them correct my order. Based on previous reviews, it seems like a change in ownership might be affecting the quality here. Unfortunately, we likely won't be returning.

Service was good and prices were decent. The chicken dumplings tasted good. However, the sauce for the food was really sweet , the rice even tasted sweet! I couldn't eat much of it because the entire dish tasted so much like molasses. Very strange flavor, made me feel sick. I hope they change that to a traditional teriyaki sauce.....

The portion size for the last couple months has not been the same. I always get extra chicken and it is definitely not extra chicken more like extra few pieces of chicken. The noodles size is also smaller. Why I am paying the same price for lesser portions.
Why did they go under new management I miss the old crew there this food is disgusting now and I am not happy will not be going back here
It is now under new owners and is NOT the same. I always order hibachi chicken and the sauce is horrible (thick with a barbecue sauce quality), brown rice was hard, veggies fair. No one spoke English ( which is not a problem if at least one person can address questions/issues). The atmosphere it different- just not the same. After all these years of going there, I have to now find another. So Very disappointed and a little frustrated that I paid for the food.

This place used to be my go-to spot, but after they got the new hires this place went down hill. Most of the new guys over-cook EVERYTHING or don't speak english well. I gave them a couple chances to clean up their stuff but it's like everything got worse.TL;DR: They're slower, burnt my salmon, and don't understand English well.
