Everything was wonderful but I am still talking about how good the sweet potato casserole was. I have to get that for my holiday dinner.

Got served a lobster that was spoiled They brought another one out, but they probably should've adjusted the bill but they didn't

We requested 2 tables for a single reservation and they were accommodating (5🌟). Esthetically pleasing and high-end (5🌟). Food didn't take long to arrive (5🌟). Ordered lamb chops: basic taste, lacked flavor (2🌟). The last time I was there ($1000 bill) the waitress boxed our take home food for us. This time, the waitress asked "how many boxes did we need?" Unfortunately, that lack of action reduced my pleasurable experience. Additionally, in my previous experience, the waitress offered different "cutlery" options for our steak. This time there was NO mention of cutlery. The change was clear and apparent. This 2nd experience was a 2, the first was a 4. Conclusion is a 5 out 10 exp

We were a party of 7, the bill was just above $1000, and I have no regrets. Excellent food, exceptional service, and great atmosphere. Will return.

The service we received from the entire waitstaff was exceptional! Everything from the moment we walked in until we left was met with perfect hospitality! I especially liked how attentive everyone was and that the management team came around to make our acquaintance and to make sure we were being taken care of.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On September 19th, my husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Pikesville. This was our very first visit, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the hospitality was simply outstanding. I had noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary, and to our surprise, every single staff member knew without us saying a word. Throughout the evening, they greeted us with warm “Happy Anniversary” wishes and even shared their own stories of marriage, which made the experience that much more personal and special. The atmosphere was perfect—quiet, relaxed, and comfortable. The background noise was minimal, allowing us to truly enjoy one another and soak in the moment. The service was impeccable across the board: attentive management, friendly hosts and hostesses, and waitstaff who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was unforgettable. We truly felt celebrated, and the hands-on, personalized service made this milestone in our lives even more memorable. Yesterday (09/17) was my husband‘s birthday. We arrived at our reservation on time and we were seated fairly quickly . My husband has been craving Ruth Chris sweet potato soufflé unfortunately it did not satisfy his craving as it lacked the flavor it once had. The environment was very clean, the hostesses at the door both were pleasant. Our waitress was talkative. ( not negatively) The ambience of the restaurant was more so vintage and dated than the modern style had expected from pictures I’ve seen via Ruth Chris advertisements. Given the genre of time that we were all coexisting in; I expected Better. The food did not meet my expectations at all. The steak ( petite filet) was very dry in addition to lacking flavor and the three shrimp were hard, the garlic mashed potatoes taste as if it came from the dollar tree and was watered down I did not taste of any garlic nor salt. My husband ordered stuffed chicken, calamari, sautéed spinach and steak salad . It was a Cornish hen split open with some sort of cream sauce. The menu is very misleading as it stated steak salad however, upon arrival, it was Spring lettuce with no meat at all the waitress apologized, and We just looked at her because we were flabbergasted. I ordered the petit fillet lobster mac & cheese with garlic, mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad salad, the Ceaser salad was literally the best Serving of the entire meal .I would assume anyone who revisit must have an acquired taste for the manner in which their food is prepared the lobster mac & cheese tasted like they boiled a box of elbow noodles with water and sprinkled some cheese on it with refrigerated processed lobster meat. It was truly distasteful and they gave my husband a carrot, flavored cupcake as the birthday incentive. I’ll never return Ruth Chris ever again. With an honorable mention that the strawberry lemonade was overwhelmed by an entire glass of ice. The $260 could’ve went to a bottle of cologne opposed to a distasteful dinner

Atmosphere was excellent. We sat outside on the patio. Service was a bit slow but food was excellent. Drinks 🍸 were very good
