Ruth's Chris Steak House

As is typically the case at Ruth's Chris, the food was fantastic and the primary service (from Lexi) was friendly and impeccable. We were disappointed that a couple of our favorites were no longer on the menu (e.g., shoestring fries, onion rings, spicy corn) ... even though the are on the menu at other locations. But the kitchen did surprise and make the shoestring fries!

I've never been let down at this location. Food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. Lexi was a great waitress and we had her running everywhere, but she kept up like a champ! Will always come back here.

Our server Rachael was great and very attentive to our needs. She made the experience one to remember as I was celebrating my birthday early.

The food was better on previous occasion than it was during this visit. The steak was not up to par, and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. This is the first time that I've had a disappointing experience.

The stuffed chicken was not as good as normal. I've been there 9 + times and always order the chicken. This time it was different

Not going back so fast, although burger was great. 1.ordered diet coke with lime, no lime. 2.ordered salad dressing on side.NOT on side. Asked for broccoli...said they don't have, yet the table behind me got broccoli. You removed sweet potato fries and romaine corn salad, my faves.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Rolonda, and she truly made our evening unforgettable. From the moment she greeted us, she felt like part of the family...warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her recommendations were spot-on, and every suggestion she made was exactly what we didn't know we needed. We were celebrating my father-in-law's birthday, and Rolonda went above and beyond to make it extra special. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but she did it effortlessly. If you're lucky enough to have Rolonda as your server, you're in for an amazing experience.

Excellent food and service. We weren't celebrating anything special, but the server made it feel like a special occasion!

Exceptional Food & Service !!!

Everything was wonderful. However the standout was our waitress, ALEX! She made our night! Attentive, pleasant every possible need met. Beyond the call of duty. We will be going back and absolutely definitely requesting Alex.

Service and atmosphere were very good. The food was good to very good although not quite to the level we've had at RC in years past. They appeared to have a nice selection of whiskey only to find out that many were not available. The bar made the wrong cocktail for one of our guests (it was comped). And the staff that delivered our steaks gave them to the wrong people. Over all it was still a good experience but less than you expect for the premium cost.

Rolanda, our server had a bubbly, friendly personality, while remaining very professional. She handled a table of 6 with ease. The food was fabulous. The atmosphere was quiet at 6pm on a Monday night. We were celebrating a work retirement and our server brought out a piece of cheesecake, compliments of Ruth Chris. I can't wait to go back.

Went for Happy Hour Specials. Ordered medium rare steak on the salad and it came out rare. They took it back and brought another but with half the amount of steak then the first. Was looking forward to ordering Zucchini fries but they discontinued offering them along with onion rings and other sides. Disappointing meal.

I visited for my birthday, yesterday. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience when it came to the food. If I ever decided to dine here again, I would just stick to the steaks, since that is in fact their specialty. It seems that they have not remotely mastered anything else. Everything else that was ordered had strange flavor pairings, resulting in an odd and almost unbearable taste. The gumbo was not “Gumbo”; it tasted exactly like Maryland crab soup (minus the crab meat). The Oysters Rockefeller tasted like there was sugar put into the spinach mixture, which was very strange. The oysters were also placed on a bed of sea salt that inevitably got into the shell while eating. The combination of the sweet spinach and overload of salt, made it extremely difficult to get the oysters down. The salmon was drenched in Thai chilli sauce for some reason. There was nothing on the menu stating that the salmon would be coated in “Thai chilli”. That pairing was not good at all. The creamed spinach actually needed salt; it was very bland. The mashed potatoes were loose in consistency and tasted awfully similar to box mashed potatoes, which is ridiculous. I’m pretty certain they were from a box.
On a brighter note, my steak was cooked well and the salads tasted fresh. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
