Ruth's Chris Steak House

I've dined at many Ruth's Chris but this location was the worst experience. We was seated immediately but it took over 15 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. When she finally came by with a tray of glasses, all of the glasses fell and broke and a piece of glass cut my foot. Once our appetizer came out we never got any bread which would have been great because I had soup but nothing. She never came back to check on us, I had to ask another server to get her. Then she proceeded to say this isn't her normal table; not sure how that is our problem. This isn't our normal location but we still have to pay for horrible service. I will never go to Pikesville location.

My parents took me and my sister for our birthday on a Monday evening. We requested and we're able to sit on the patio which was absolutely perfect. To our surprise there was a Happy Birthday message along with fresh flower petals on our table . We ordered Tbones, porch chops, stuffed mushrooms, seafood jambalaya and lamb chops. For drinks we had blueberry lemon drops(so delicious), strawberry margaritas and blackberry old fashioned. EVERYTHING was excellent, even the cranberry raisin bread. Zoe was extremely attentive, nice and patient as it took us a while to finally order. Ruth Chris has never failed me

After a long day, my husband Jay and I love coming to the bar at Ruth’s Chris in Pikesville. It’s not just the incredible food that keeps us coming back—it’s the people who make us feel like family every single time.

From Gabby to Emily and Josh, the service is always exceptional, warm, and welcoming. Every visit feels like we’re coming home.

And now we’ve found a new favorite—Grant Goetz! When I say he’s incredible, I truly mean it. He made us feel like we’ve known him for years. His professionalism, genuine personality, attention to detail, and outstanding service are second to none. He is an amazing addition to what we proudly call our “Ruth’s Chris family.”

I took my husband for Father's Day and we had a great time. The food was delicious and the staff was great.

Ruth's Chris was calm and pleasant. Meal was very tasty 😋.

As usual, our dinner was wonderful. We go here every year for our anniversary. Winston was exceptional, attentive, and kind.

There was a Special Entree advertised and text to me which influenced our decision to celebrate our Anniversary there. Upon being seated our Server let us know that the special was no longer available even though it was still within the dates advertised. Very disappointed. My steak had to be replaced with another due to overcooking and toughness. Since we were longtime customers the evening fell a bit flat.

Excellent service. The food was great as usual. We went for a retirement dinner for a family member do we had a bigger party. Service was great. No wait time.

Our server Zoe was THE BEST I’ve ever had. She was so attentive, had a great attitude and was very very sweet.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner for our 41st wedding anniversary. The food and service was excellent.

Had dinner there last night and everything was amazing! Great food, but our favorite part is the service from Lexi! Hope to be back soon!

Our experience overall was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic. All food was prepared flawlessly and all cooked as ordered. One significant note, the Porterhouse for two was prepared specifically for each diner. Also, while most "upscale" establishments limit the portions, in this case all diners had leftovers to take home. Additionally, the wait staff was fantastic. This all made this dining experience superb for all patrons.

Food was very good. We both had filets which were so tender. I think they gave me my daughter's steak as mine was rarer (ordered medium) than hers (she ordered medium rare) but we switched part way through and it was ok. We got the bananas foster for dessert and while it was good it took for freaking ever. We had real challenges trying to find our server Simon when we needed something too. Very frustrating at this kind of price point.

Fabulous food and service. They should enforce their dress code. Saw some outfits suitable for McDonalds, not a 5 star restaurant! Their prices are outrageously high too. Even given the absolutely delicious food and great service.
