Steaks were great, but quality and flavor of everything else has gone downhill from prior RC experiences. Waitress was tending to too many tables, so service was slow. Likely not her fault, I'm sure they are short staffed like every other place. But for a fine dining experience, and paying what we are, management should limit tables being sat so that customers still receive the experience expected of attending RC night out. All our sides felt rushed and lack of flavor compared to prior visits. Au gratin potatoes used to be my favorite going there, and I've made better tasting at home with minimal effort compared to what was served to me this time. I'm sure their mashed potatoes are whipped, but the lack of flavor and how over runny they were, sure gave them an instant feel. Overall, will be attending a different RC to see if I can find the same dining experience I've come to expect at a RC.

When you are paying so much money, you expect cocktail and food options to be a lot more interesting and delicious than what Ruth's Chris has to offer, which is exactly the same options as they had 10-15 years ago. The service was good, and the ambiance fine, but the food and cocktails left a lot to be desired. My 21-yr old son didn't even finish his steak! Don't think we'll be going back.

Singular event for birthday party with 18 people. Well organized, great private room, excellent service, festive atmosphere. Everybody enjoyed and the food was excellent. Would definitely visit in frequent restaurant again. Quite appreciative. A+.

We have been to a number of Ruth's Chris steakhouses.....at the moment, this one is our favorite! Our server Winston was amazing! He took very good care of us while we dined there and we really enjoyed our evening! Food was great as were the drinks! Thanks again for a lovely evening!

The Ruth Chris, Pikesville location, I would highly recommend. The food was great and our Server Alex was friendly and very helpful with different recommendation. You will not be disappointed going there for a special occasion or a date night.

Food and wine just the right amount. Only negative is that no one asked if we wanted coffee with dessert. When I asked the waitress if it was included, she said no one asked for it. But we did eventually get it.
Our time there was great. Victoria did very well on waiting on us, and she knew everything that they had on the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone to come to and have a relaxed dinner.

This used to be so much better and consistent. .The service was not great as we waited 30 minutes with empty plates for our table to be cleaned. The server had to do everything instead of having help. I feel the manager of this establishment isn't involved as to what is going on. The potatoes au gratin had undercooked pieces. The cream spinach needed more spinach. I would not come back to celebrate a special occasion at this particular Ruth Chris location.

We been here many times but the menu was not explained well and we were charged individually for each item and not the menu price also we're not given the menu to look back on at check out to dispute it but it was ok tip and all
Excellent experience. From the time you use valet to how you're greeted by the front desk. The wait staff and managers are very professional and the meal was very enjoyable. Hats off to the management team for providing such a nice experience

Of course, as my name implies, Ruths Chris is my favorite steakhouse. This time, however, I ordered the pork chop. Delish!! It was as tender as their steaks. My wife ordered the snapper and was impressed with the taste; however, she said the portion size should be larger. The wait staff and management were very attentive and checked on us consistently. Ok...I am bias until they give me a reason not to be. Highly recommend.
