Super fresh and good quality

I'm so happy I can get almost everything I need to make delicious, colorful and healthy meals from Shlomo's. Fresh fish, meats, poultry and lamb, frozen vegetables & fish, spice blends, and now homemade dips & salads. One recent Thursday night dinner included Shlomo's Rotisserie Chicken Wings, B'Gan Frozen Onion Rings and steamed B'Gan Broccoli Florets. We served the rest of our order on Shabbos: chicken salad from the leftover rotisserie chicken (the best!), broccoli pasta salad, and blackened salmon. I can order conveniently on the Shlomo's app, but I also keep them on speed dial! They're also my go-to for meal trains. New baby? How about a steaming hot & delicious rotisserie chicken for the new Mom and family? Housewarming? Ditto! For all occasions, I rely on Shlomo's.

I have been shopping at Shomo's since my children were little and I had Shlomo's deliver my large orders. Now Im a Bubbe who needs smaller orders and still shop there. Shlomo’s meat is delicious. They always listen, and cut or separate your order to your liking. Not once have they messed up an order. I live in another state, that they deliver to, and drive over 3 hours to make sure our community gets Kosher meat. Free delivery. They always call and tell you what time they will be at the pickup location and if they run late, for any reason, you are always notified. I am grateful that they care about us receiving kosher food, and do the extra mile. They have been good to our community.

Got some delicious fish here the other day, and everyone is very nice and helpful

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order for a whole, 1.5lb bronzino fish. Picked up my order, get home, only to realize I had paid over $17 for 10 oz of bronzino fillet even though my receipt said the actual weight of the fish was 1.46lb and "whole bronzini". Try calling the shop to ask questions, but there is no answer. Haul myself and bronzino fillet back to the shop to clarify what is going on. Only to be told that I paid for the whole fish in weight but only get the actual fillet, $17.50 for 10 oz of fish! I said that per my order ticket, which I showed them, that I ordered a WHOLE fish. I was then offered the already removed bones and head, which I declined since I paid for a WHOLE fish, not parts of a fish. I was basically dismissed and told that "next time" I need to specify in the comments section that I want the whole fish even though that is what the ticket already said and what the website said they were selling me. Needless to say, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO NEXT TIME! I am furious with how I was treated and in the misrepresentation of the product on the website. Just the fact that they tried to give me a fish head and some bones to make this right is infuriating!!

Shlomo's Kosher Meat and Fish Market has helped our family so much. We are able to order kosher food from them on a regular basis--and they deliver to our community. It is such a kindness. Their website is easy to use. Every order comes to delivered exactly as we order it. The order arrives in perfect condition (which is very important since it is meat). I want to make a special shout out to Shmuel, a worker of Shlomo. I was making an order once, past the deadline. It was honestly very late (sorry!) and an EXTREMELY DEDICATED employee named Shmuel went ABOVE AND BEYOND by calling me and following up with me to make sure my needs were taken care of and the order was able to go through.

If you live in a town on the East Coast that does not have kosher food--either drive to Baltimore to obtain kosher meat and fish from Shlomo's--or see if you can start a group of kosher-ordering consumers and see if they will deliver to you. It is a life changer!
