The fries are magnificent. My wife and I enjoyed the down to earth kindness of the local folks running things when we dined in.”

“Been there several times this past year since “new people” took over. Let me tell you…what an improvement! I undersatnd why there is no draft beer (going back a few years) but theres always cold cans and bottles at a good price. Food is much more upscale in appearance and taste! Reasonable priced too. Very good breakfast as well. Staff is attentive as well. Restrooms now always have toilet paper and proper hand drying facilities. And now even Trivia as well. Keep it up!!”

I had the prime rib and it was unlike any I've had before I only wish I could duplicate it at home. a slight sweet savory flavor that you'll never forget. however that muffin!!! would have been enough for a 5 star rating WOW! we got a tray togo. They surprised us a special act of kindness on our 35th anniversary that will remain a secret in case you have the opportunity to experience it for yourself. “Disappointed 😔. READ THE END!!! We were given the wrong pizza Friday night. I called that night and let them know. We could not eat the other persons order. Sorry -not sorry.. so I called as soon as they opened Saturday and asked for a free pizza tonight. I was told yes sure, so sorry for the mess up & to let the cashier know when we order. Well now that I ordered I was told we could get 50% off. Come on! ***WE WERE ONLY GIVEN 25%Off when we went to pick up**** We have been loyal customers for years… The whole situation is disappointing. We won’t be ordering for a while if ever and man my kids are upset. This was the only place we ordered pizza from.. I feel like he lied, told three different things in one day.”

“The Women that work there during the day are hard workers and take pride in what they do and always cleaning and you can tell in the fresh food and most times I stop to get a pretzel ? and they were great However now they got them pretzels stick things and they are not nearly as good in my appion and it was disappointing However I still enjoy stopping in and seeing the very pleasant ladies. They work very hard so please don't forget to tip the ones that take pride in what they are doing. I would recommend this Subway to everyone.

“Absolutely wonderful. Had a previously TERRIBLE experience the same night across the street at delmar Pizza on a family visit and when we came here instead PIZZA KING made us feel like royalty. I know that sounds crazy but thank yall very much. The GM and servers were amazing as well.”

“The coffee and donuts are delicious, but the crew isn’t all that friendly. They act as it’s a bother to serve. Dunkin’ in Princess Ann is much friendlier and on South Salisbury Blvd.”

“Always check your food when getting it. Ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders. Got two. Guess someone needed a snack. Prolly could of gotten the other if I had checked my food before leaving the lot. Alas I live twenty minutes away from this location. Bummer.

UPDATE: 6/12/25 A rep from the store contacted me about the earlier issue. We chatted for a bit and came to an understanding about the issue from yesterday. Instead of me seeking monetary compensation for a missing tender. The rep offered a more than substantial remedy to rectify the issue. Changing my initial review from two stars to five stars. They did not have to follow up on this issue. They could of wrote it off. The fact that they decided to contact me and rectify the situation. Ultimately shows Arby's is looking out for their customer satisfaction. Totally would recommend this Arby's to any heading east or west on US 50!”
