“Highly recommend Jo Jo’s restaurant The service was excellent and the crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had!! They seated us promptly even on Mother’s Day!!”
“We had a wonderful early dinner today to celebrate our son’s birthday & Easter! All 6 meals, the starters, drinks, desserts were delicious! Our waitress (don’t remember her name but she is an early childhood student) was superb!”
“One of my favorite places to take friends/family/dates in Salisbury! Take my mother here for her birthday most years. Never disappoints as it is always fresh! Great place”

“-Really delicious food
-great value (large portions)
-owner/cook is Haitian and very nice
-fried goat/rice/cabbage was fresh and perfectly seasoned
-this place is every bit as good as any ethnic restaurant in a big city”
“Food was ok but not great. I had a steak with lobster tail combo, mushrooms and broccoli, and it all tasted exactly the same, all very salty. I like salty but this just killed any other taste nuance. A shame because the dish itself has potential. It was a good piece of steak but everything tasted the same. The AC was pumping a bit too much cold air, had to sit in my jacket, but overall it has a nice atmosphere. Service is ok but a bit slow and too chatty.”

“We were visiting from Chicago and looking for some seafood/cocktails in the area. This place was fantastic! Really enjoyed the cocktails, and our server/bartender made up an amazing reposado tequila drink for my husband who was impressed. We tried the oyster sampler, calamari, and fish tacos which did not disappoint. I’m glad we stumbled upon this place!”

“Small place with great food and even better service.
Food was delicious and a good price too, the spice on my Ramen was the perfect level, just enough kick without being overpowering.
Staff was great always on top of things and super polite and nice.
Atmosphere was nice quite and relaxed and just felt calming.
Great place all around would highly recommend going whether you're in the area or a little but away.”
“I had an event at The Brick Room and it was a great success. Roni Jones, the day manager, was fantastic to work with. She helped me with planning the event, coordinating catering, and was amazing when I had an emergency and had to reschedule. The occasion room was set up beautifully and was perfect for my group. Vince, Jodie, and Shiv were working that night and were great; they kept the drinks flowing for my guests and were on top of anything I needed. I highly recommend The Brick Room, the people and the atmosphere were top notch.”

“When we first arrived, we were approached by a gentleman who greeted us and opened the door for us and was very friendly, I wasn't sure he worked there but found out he did ?. He was the best greeter . The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Like most Olive Gardens, they need to shut it down for a couple of days and shampoo the rugs . The place smells like rotten cheese, musky smell, and the rug needs shampooing. Years ago, the Dover location had the same problem, and when they reopened, the place smelled much better. I'm assuming they shampooed the rug . I made a review of theirs too ??”
“I have not found a better tasting Chinese take-out in Salisbury. The flavors are really good. We usually get the vegetable fried rice and have pork added to it. I can honestly say they have the best fried rice I've ever had, according to my standards of what good friend rice tastes like. Most other take-outs don't have as much flavor. The fried wings are tasty and I recently had their udon stir-fry with vegetables which was pretty good. They have never really disappointed me. The only reason I gave four stars is because at times the food can be a bit too greasy and also there's a lack of consistency in flavor. Some days the fried rice is a 10/10 while other days it's a 7/10. I have been ordering from them since 2016 and will continue to do so.”
“I'm glad we gave this place a try. The reviews are so mixed that I figured we'd have to make up our own minds. First of all I have to say we had good service. We didn't have to wait long at all for someone to take our order or for refills. We had the Brussell Sprout appetizer and it was very good! They had the perfect amount of sauce and were not overly crispy or greasy. 3 of our group ordered the French Onion soup and all enjoyed it very much. I had the chili of the day which was Pineapple Jalapeño Meatball chili. I wouldn't really consider it a chili but it was good. It reminded me of baked beans with meat that people bring to cookouts. The grilled cheese sandwich with spinach and red peppers was delicious!”
“Food was an absolute delight. staff was amazing. Chef Dave Wells has left my taste buds wanting more.”
Takeout Restaurants
“They have many good flavors (though some are too sweet for my tastes), and the quiches are amazing! However, one of the best pies I’ve ever had, anywhere, is the raspberry cream pie. The raspberries are so fresh and real, the cream an awesome balance, all combined with the salty nutty walnut crust is fantastic! I can’t recommend it enough.”
“Stoped by tonight for a quick dinner, a duo special, great choices ( had tuna on. Kaiser and a cup of delicious cream of crab soup) excited to find a case of prepared dinners at an excellent price bought 2 can’t wait to try. Great food, service and prices !! Highly recommend.”
“RISE had me rising out of my seat like a happy food zombie. The Rise Up sandwich? Egg, potatoes, chorizo, avocado all wrapped in a pressed tortilla... my taste buds are still doing the cha-cha. Cinnamon scone? Straight ?. I could drop the mic here, but I'm too busy licking my fingers. Will be back.”
“We've lived in the area for about a year and didn't even know this place was here. A local hair cutting girl suggested it and MAN am I glad she did! We've been looking for a decent sub spot and this is definitely the place! Service was good, food was made quickly and it was pretty much all delicious! We tried the cheesesteak and chicken filet subs and the Trax combo. Great portion sizes and prices. Even the bread on our subs was super fresh and tasty! I have a slice of Smith Island Cake that I'm just too stuffed to eat right now, but from the looks of it, it's fantastic, too. We will be back all the time.”
“My sister and I had an amazing lunch at Soul Sista’s Restaurant in Salisbury after we left Ocean City. Easy to find right off of Route 50. The customer service was beyond great. Our food was soooo good!!! The restaurant was clean and inviting. We made an agreement to stop here every time we visit Ocean City!!!!”
“If I could give more stars I would, this food was delicious!!!! Everything was perfection - we had the fish and chips, crab balls, crab cake sandwich, hush puppies and Mac Salad. Can’t wait to visit again - highly recommend!”
“The waiter did an excellent job of waiting on us. The food was delicious .”

“Best Dunkin around!!! They never mess up and in the summer when I order a frozen mocha it actually taste like its made with ice cream instead of ice!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Im a amputee and have no trouble going in, in my wheelchair/crutches!! The floors and parking lot is always free of trash!!”
“I recommend the Chick-Fil-A located on campus at Salisbury University. The food was served up quickly, hot, and tasted good in true Chick-Fil-A fashion. All tap drinks except for bottled water to purchase. And this location did not have Chocolate Chip Cookie sacks on Saturday 2-18-23; but, instead had Chocolate Chip Brownies which I did not try. There is ample seating at this location inside and outside. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries.”
“I'm black ceaser the world traveler and I've been to this place many of times though the service isn't good the company is good thru a restructuring.. now for a real review the icecream was good and in March baseball nut is serve d if you call in before time they will have your order on time they are asking for more cashiers and serves people so if anyone wants a job go here ( everyone knows I never go to any place that I deemed wasn't good if you looked at my reviews ...so give this place a break five stars”

“We frequently visit the Salisbury Md Location .
The staff there are so amazing
Monae, Elisha, Aubrey, are just a few that are usually there when we visit. There are others but I can’t remember their names but I recognize their smiling faces when we are there. They are outstanding!!
So friendly and accommodating. And Very patient in the child base atmosphere especially when they are selecting prizes .
The location does need a new look but In order to do so they need us to help them with their sales. I will highly recommend the 2 month pass promotion it definitely pays for itself in two visits and then the other 28 days are free. The kids can come daily and play with this pass. Also Buy the chuckee cups for free unlimited drinks on every visit.
I can tell you that we have never had a bad visit and my granddaughter is on first name basis with many of the employees as she loves going there .
Thank you
Brenda Downes

“When you walk in you feel like your in Mexico ?? ✨️ Rosa and family serve up great dishes as if you'd visited family. We had to take most home it's portions were awesome . Started with empanadas and enjoyed great burritos ? . Had to get desert it was so good.Even bought a dress for my lady they have many items for sale that reminds the open air market of Tijuana. Love ❤️ the food stay for the vibe.”
“Very clean, actually have a true butcher and meat cutters, an extremely wide variety of fresh produce, spices, imported shelf items. They have Trump's favorite Sardines in a red can. My husband bought a can and said they were pretty darn tasty (ew). Their prices are reasonable. They have really good avocados like nowhere else, it's like 2 hass avocados in one, very creamy and ripe. They sell cotija and blue corn tortillas, Scotch bonnet hot peppers, the list goes on. We will be doing a majority of our grocery shopping here from now on. Good prices, excellent quality food. They also accept EBT. In the back, they have a restaurant as well. We ate their once and it was decent! Highly recommend
Vegetarian options: You can order beans and rice instead of any meat option. I do not think they have fake meat however. You would just have to substitute meat with black or pinto beans.
Parking: This shop is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of free parking.”
“I was pretty impressed with Flamin' Burgers. I was a little hesitant to try then out because it seemed a little pricey. But, let me tell you....soo worth it! Quality was beyond Outstanding and customer service was very fast. People should be lined up around the food court for these burgers.”
“Yep! Very pleasantly surprised. 4.5 stars! Home fries 10/10. The meat omelet was excellent. -1/2 star for the chip beef gravy. While it was the best I've had in the area, the portion for $10 was meh, enough for one open biscuit. Everyone was friendly on the phone and my meal was delivered hot and with a smile. Save yourself $5 by calling the restaurant directly. There's an extra charge to use the link on the menu. I will definitely be ordering from Bury again in the near future.”
“Dodi Pizza is a wonderful neighborhood Resturant .Provides a delicious pizzas which is second to none. It also has wonderful halal Mediterranean cousins which includes Shawarma, Falafel and Hummus, I have tried all of these foods and it’s really delicious. Restaurant is extremely neat and staff are extremely friendly.. Dodi Pizza definitely became the family’s favorite restaurant..”

“A wonderful experience at my Outback in Salisbury, Md There is nothing like going into a restaurant with HIGH expectations!!! I stop eating red meat for over a year BUT just had to have a taste for a filet. I have been eating seafood, turkey and chicken for awhile..well I came to the right place.. My filet was absolutely delicious, my server Elliana was so professional and nice. Her customer service skills were off the chart, and she made me feel really welcome, not to mention the staff at the front. I give you all a 10. my filet and lobster tail was the best meal I had in months. Donna”
“Outstanding prime rib specials Tuesday and Wednesday. All three of us ordered prime rib, each cooked differently. Each entree was seasoned deliciously and cooked to order. Never order the basic fries, they appear to be frozen shoe string cut fries better suited for the kids part of the menu only. Go for the up-charge with boardwalk fries. Nice dinner bread provided. Parking was a little confusing as the city lot appears to be pay to park, although the pay station is out of service. We parked in the free gravel covered employee lot to the left of the front entrance. Definitely will go again, probably for the excellent prime rib.”
“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!”
“Great customer service, scrumptious Pizza & Caesar Salad, compatible prices. The atmosphere .. just a little gloomy..TV selected programmed channels ..depressing/boring”
“Finally got the chance to come here and was it worth it! I had a bento box and it was amazing! Waitress was awesome as were the staff. Definitely a crown jewel of the Plaza”
“Great place to get a designed or custom salad. Fast, fresh, and good quality. I wish we had one in our town.

“Best part was the bartender. Coby, I believe. Food was very good but perhaps a little overpriced for the college kids. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back”

“Both my mom and I are huge Alice in Wonderland fans so this restaurant was amazing for us! The food was excellent and our waitperson EJ was awesome and super friendly! So were the owners! It was a most enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back when we’re back in town!”
“Hadnt been to Taylor's since they moved locations but I'm so glad my fiance and I came in tonight. Love the new layout. We sat at the bar. Our server Taylor was a true gem. She was taking care of other customers, running food, all while managing the bar. She truly made us feel welcomed. We truly appreciate her top notch service. I dont write reviews often, but she's a big reason why I'm writing this one. I had a half chicken with green beans and mac and cheese. My fiance had a brisket cheesesteak and both were delicious. My fiance and I are both teachers and we happened to be there on a Tuesday and we were surprised and happy to see that Taylors offers a discount on Tuesdays. We plan to come back and check out a trivia night soon.”
“Walked in and was greated by Marvin who made some great suggestions as I have never been to a Cook Out before. We enjoyed two trays and a milkshake. It was a filling, and the price was fantastic. Marvin was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. Definitely will visit again!”

“Simmie B was our server, let me tell you about her! She makes red lobster the best place to go! We drive a hour just to come down there from Delaware to eat dinner! She needs to be the face of that store! Has the greatest personality, always happy and delightful! Last month we went there 2 nights in a row just to eat dinner and made sure she was our server! If anyone goes there ask for Simme you will look at red lobster a whole different way! It’s just a joy to see her! We were there last mont 2 times, went there tonight and still remember what I drank and my kids! Also remember our food we order! Great job Simmie and thank you for everything! That’s not to say we had a problem because the email stated KIDS not kid eat free and I guess the email was wrong so we didn’t get all the kids meals free like the email stated! Simmie was trying to help so much and if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t go back! It since she is there I will be!”
