Rise Up Coffee Drive-Thru is a consistent local spot with friendly staff and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The coffee is awesome, with smooth and high quality cold brew, an amazing Chocolate Banana Cold Coffee, and popular organic and seasonal options. The food is fresh, with lots of choices for breakfast and lunch. The Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit had a disappointing lack of honey taste, though the biscuit itself was incredible. An iced latte and a side of egg white and bacon were both cooked perfectly. The space feels comfy, with lots of people sitting with their computers, and it is convenient for the University. Customers can purchase bags of coffee, whole beans, magnets, shirts, and other touristy items. The service is good, with courteous and welcoming staff who brighten the day. This place is much better than Starbucks and is a great local spot for a good cup of joe, hot cocoa, or yummy eats.
