I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Hardee's receives excellent service reviews, with staff like Leslie, Jamya, and Damien described as amazing, friendly, and patient. Leslie goes above and beyond, handling the drive thru, register, and prep while greeting each person with respect and using up-sale skills to sell desserts. She also checks on customers after they get their food and even came out to a car to explain a wait for fresh biscuits. The service is outstanding, treating customers just like family.
The food receives positive mentions. The burger and crinkle cut fries are really good. The strawberry lemon biscuits, made fresh, are hot and amazing. Breakfast is great, though the Frisco burger bread is not what it was. The location offers free wifi. While it can be hit or miss and does not get the business it deserves, many customers will be visiting again soon for lunch or breakfast.
